I’m like Superman on this stuff, you can be too! Actually it does work quite well and I have made this a permanent part of my daily routine. I mix it in with my protein powder as well as use it as a standalone product for my workout. Tastes great , mixes well, when on sale it’s a great value.

Works, got stronger and has no taste, no side effects. But just drink a lot of water since it helps to pull water into muscle cells, so you gotta drink and drink water.

I've subscribed to this, and don't have any plans with cancelling it anytime soon. I love these creatine pills! Especially since there's BCAA's included in the pills. I've seen results, and will continue to buy these. The pills are large, but not bad to swallow. I highly recommend them to anyone exercising or working out. They're great! The price is better than Walmart!

Tastes so good, almost like fruit punch cool aid. It dissolves alright.. usually a bit stuck to the bottom. Hasn’t upset my stomach too much so far, I’ve been using it for about a week and a half and I always look forward to drinking it after a workout.

Love the product. Hate the packaging. Can anything be more environmentally wasteful? Per the attached photo, the product fills only 1/3 of the container. I order 3 containers at a time, and upon receipt, I open all three containers, pour the contents of 2 into the other 1, so I end up with 1 container to hold it all. Then I throw away the other two containers. If you are mindful of landfill clutter, this is a total waste of resources. Answer: just fill the bottle with product and sell us a full container - duh!

The best and most practical creatine supplement out there, in my opinion. And as a bonus, you can tear the label off the empty bottles and use them for desk top accessories, nuts & bolts, or to stash the cash you save on placebos 🤑 I've been taking 3 pills every morning for years, whether working out or not. It makes me feel energized with better cognitive functions, ALL. DAY. LONG. without a weird dizzy feeling, or making you over confident like some other amino boosters. This is a monohydrate, so you need to drink plenty of of water to stay hydrated. I stack it with a testosterone booster, and along with an active lifestyle, I swear they boost my metabolism. Friends say I look 20 years younger than my age 💪
