This Hub is fantastic! Anker really perfected the design on this one. A number of their other USB Hubs have: covered up the charging port, not supported HDMI, or been too bulky etc. But they have absolutely outdone themselves with this one. I bought this for my 'Macbook Air M1 2020' to connect to a monitor and use the SD slots. It exceeded my expectations right from the unboxing; it is incredibly light and small so it rarely poses as a space-saving problem. It is also a perfect match with the Macbook itself and is the right depth to match with the underside of the Macbook - keeping it flush. A very important detail that cannot be overlooked is the fact that this Hub does not drain your laptop the same way that a single USB-C connection would. Due to connecting to both USB-C slots, your laptop is transferring energy at an efficient rate whereas the same energy transference over one USB would drain the laptop quicker and damage it over time. Overall, I believe that this USB-C Hub is the best one out there right now. That is in terms of value for money, performance, portability and every other aspect.

Fabulous usb hub for my macbook. it works really well, build quality is metal and fits in with my macbook pro 2021. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone. It's nice a compact so it can fit into my backpack, it charges my macbook at the required watts and has enough ports selection for my need. One downside however is that it covers the headphone port on my macbook so ain't the best for macbooks over 2021.

So far so good. Good piece of kit. Only time will tell if it is reliable. I bought this Anker USB C Hub as my previous hub (from another manufacturer) failed on me 14 months after purchase.

This is a great addition to the MacBook Air, I have been using this for a few months now and it has performed well. It’s small and easily stored away, a must have for your MacBook Air

This Anker USB-C Hub seems to be a high quality device, which supports the reviews I read before ordering. One thing to note: If you have a protective casing on your Macbook/Macbook Air, this device will not be able to correctly connect to the USB-C ports on the left side of the device. We have had to remove the protective case from the Macbook to use this. Not an issue if you tend to look after your laptop, but in the case of my family, the more protection the better. We bought this to replace a dongle which used only 1 USB-C slot, but which hangs down off the stand on which the Macbook spends much of its daytime.

using it on my 13-inch 2019 MacBook Air and fits perfectly in the two USB type-C ports. It is firm and is not flimsy (which was a worry that I had). It is also very easy to carry around. Would highly recommend it to other buyers.

Good product, works well

Pleased with the quality of the product for the price, it feels well built and more premium than the price would suggest. Two things of concern though that you should be aware of. Firstly, I've noticed significant battery drain when the hub is attached to the MacBook and not plugged into mains. I get most people would be using their Mac on a charger when using the hub but something to be aware of if you're planning on using it whilst travelling, maybe on a plane where power isn't available. As a test, I left my MacBook overnight, starting at 90% and in the morning (with the hub still attached) it had dropped to 4%. Weird and maybe normal but a worry for me nevertheless. Secondly, the 2 x USB-C ports, only 1 actually charges the MacBook (marked with a symbol on top) which is fine but USB-C should be a universal port in my opinion so both should allow charging. I only managed to get 4K 120Hz out of the charging port one. Now I'm sure for most people that's fine but I haven't got a USB-C monitor so unfortunately I can't leave the MacBook left plugged into the mains and into my USB-C to HDMI adaptor at the same time, which limits it's use in my situation. The HDMI doesn't seem to support 4K 120Hz either and it wasn't clear from the product page whether this was the case.

I’m really happy with this Hub. I was able to connect another screen with no issues at all, and my mouse works perfectly through it as well. The design is very sleek and blends nicely with my MacBook - it doesn’t feel bulky or bothersome when attached. Everything works smoothly and it feels well built, just what I needed for everyday use. Highly recommend.
