It’s easy to use and works.
I have found that this Abs Exerciser is very easy to use and works just by using for 20 minutes per day. I can see a difference and feel much better.

Very powerful
I don't know how anyone can get to level 20! I can't get passed level 6. It hurts, which means it's working. Good buy. Would recommend.
