PROS:- Shipping was done very carefully. Product reached before time. The body is made of abs plastic so its not that heavy. Coolers are ofcourse a bit noisy, specially large coolers so its not a dealbreaker. Its expected. Air throw is really good, reaches very far. Cooling is very good. The motor is indeed a copper motor which is a plus point. Many coolers even from reputed brands come with Aluminium coiling which just burns out. Not the case with this cooler. It also comes with strong sturdy wheels with lock mechanism for easy movement and locking the cooler in place so it doesnt slide. Big water tank to ensure, it can go on for several hours without refilling again. Remember to keep windows open for good airflow in case of coolers. CONS:- Swing feature is not available in this particular model. Its available in other models for sure. Cooler doesnt run on inverter as said in the product page. So make sure you know this. These coolers have heavy duty motors and inverters wont be able to take load. But loved the product. Recommended! Just make sure to open the cooler body and clean it thoroughly before every summer. Working like a charm. 1+ years passed.

Pros The cooler is just fine, in fact really good , The capacity, cooling is as expected , but the fan speed is too strong Cons The Noise is there...( I mean most coolers do have the noise..), and they should've given more space or pipe or on side bar should be able to open so that you could fill it more easily through bucket, as the pipe are not all of the same size and takes a lot of time, and to fill it by hand I have to pour with jug carefully so that it doesn't spread on floor

I bought the Nova Max cooler on 30th April 2024, and we have been using it in our industrial plant ever since. It’s a heavy-duty and very sturdy cooler, perfect for tough usage. Honestly, I haven’t faced a single problem with it till now. The cooling is excellent, and the build quality is really solid. It has worked perfectly even under demanding conditions. Okay! This cooler is really cool in the literal sense. It does cooldown the room pretty fast, though one thing to keep in mind is that these coolers need ventilation to avoid the stuffy feeling you get if such coolers are kept indoors. The honeycomb design of the cooling element is what does the trick with the powerful motor. The air throw is good due to the powerful nature of the motor and the large fan. Even though the cooler is on I can still hear my wife which definitely means it is not noisy. 😆 I have placed my cooler on an existing stand that I had made with wheels from a local fabricator as I believe adding a solid stand increases the life of the cooler in the sense whilst moving it from storage to the window. After the summer's I pack the cooler and move it back into storage away from the elements. During summer the power bills do go up. Which is natural. I am happy with my purchase.

Good product, robust body, good performance, bought in end of Feb, delivered in 1st week of March, but when restarted after end of winter, it's pump is not working, filed complain let see how they deliver on after sales service, will update here on the status
