Great ladder guard - Easy to install
I bought this for my business that had attic access. This guard was easy to install and kept my piece of mind knowing no one could get hurt by trying to climb the attic ladder.

fit my building ladder perfect.
It appears to do the job. I think it would’ve been a better to get one made of metal. These Dem Zombies can chew through anything. Not sure the plastic will keep them out. Hopefully it does. The original ladder block was hinged, made of plywood. They destroyed it.

Perfect - Easy Install
We had an Insurance evaluation and we were told to build a deck for egress. After informing AMFAM that this is a crawlspace we were able to save a couple of thousand by installing this guard to prevent falling injuries. You know, falling from a ladder than no one is ever on. The Ladder Guard installed in about five minutes and comes with everything you need.

Squatters
Assuming people were accessing the roof for sleeping so this was installed. Locked and no issues yet. Great idea for exterior roof access.
