Got it mainly to clean dust from my camera and it is crazy powerful

Had my KICA Jet Fan 2 since July 2023. It ran really well the first year. Within the last 6 months or so I've noticed that the jet fan had issues with continuing to stay on. I would point it at something for a little over 30 seconds and it would start to give me problems where it would just immediately shut down. I could turn it back on and run it more, after i power cycled it, but it would only run for another 5-15 seconds and then shut down again. It's a great unit that puts out a great amount of force - I think I've pretty much used it every day, or every other day, since I bought it. Don't get me wrong, I love the thing, but now there's bigger and better out there, for the same price. This is a great device, and has its use cases. I would be happy to buy another one, if the product was to show me that it can be reliable.

It was working well, but suddenly it didn't work, so I connected it to the cable to charge it, and there was no response. I tried connecting it to another cable, but it doesn't light up. What should I do?

Stopped charging. No option to contact support on Amazon.

I have the first version of KICA and really like it never had an issue, I just receive this KICA 2 and the quality is really good better as their previous but I turn it on once and you can feel that has more power than the older model but then I turn it off and try to turn it back on and didn't work anymore, I plug it to charge for 2 hours and there is no light and still doesn't turn on, I just received 4 hours ago and I'm already getting a replacement, Hopefully this new replacement works.
