Perfect Source of Vitamin B12!
It’s definitely giving me more mental clarity and support. It far surpasses the “vegan” B12, and I noticed an improvement immediately. Just be sure to take with food as suggested. I took it for several days on its own (with no other supplementation) and I think it overloaded my system. But as soon as I resumed taking it with food, I felt awesome again. As to the size of the capsules, yes, they are large. But this is easily remedied by swallowing a good amount of water as you take them. There is little to no aftertaste, in my experience. Excellent product! Nothing but positive feedback.

Effective, but slightly fishy
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted to support my brain and eye health with the nutrients in this supplement. I found a distinct fishy aftertaste with these, but I persevered, thinking it indicated freshness of the product. I will continue taking fish egg supplements because I think they do help my eyes, but I may look for a brand of capsules that is less fishy.

They help my dry eyes
I take these for my dry eye issues which cause eye strain, and fish eggs help a lot. I took a break from them and noticed my eyes got worse. As soon as I started taking them again, there was improvement. I will keep taking these.

Wild caught from New Zealand a real plus. While I didn't read where they had 3rd party tested I do believe they take great care in producing this supplement. Seasonably caught and manufacture in the USA I feel makes a difference. I will continue with this product.

Best omega 3 supplement
I read some studies about fish eggs being the best omega 3 for the brain and that is how I found this product. I have been taking it for some months and feel more clarity after I started taking it.
