Very good soft side travel bag for golf. Used several times with no damage.
Great quality at a good price. Have used it several times for air travel and no damage to the bag or the clubs inside. Nice pockets for shoes, etc. Very good zippers and clasps.

Well made - fairly ideal
I have used a Club Glove XL with Stiff arm in the past so I'm mainly comparing it to that. Well made with thick ballistic nylon. The Cordura on the Club Glove is probably more abrasive resistant but the thicker ballistic nylon has its own advantages as well. Zippers are very strong, better than expected on what is a much less expensive bag and it has holes for you to add a lock (Which the Club Glove I have does not although newer versions of that may). The North Pole works just as well as a Stiff Arm. The "head" of the bag is well padded although I would still recommend using some towels for added protection. The inside of the bag has some some elastic straps that help you keep the bag in place. Getting my golf bag in and out of the bag was really easy. The bag also has two outer compartments to fit shoes and other things. The bag, being soft, breaks down very easily and flatter than my Club Glove (which has a stiffer bottom...the Constrictor has a semi hard plastic that can bend). I feel confident this protects my clubs just as well as my Club Glove but at a much better price. I can't say what the LONG term wear will be on this bag but so far it has held up very well with no indications it'll start falling apart.

Good but a major design flaw
The bag offers good club head protection and is nice and padded up top, and it offers a lot of space. I have a large nike cart bag and it fit in the bag with no problems, it is a little tight but that is good. Where I have to knock it a couple of stars is that it will not stand upright on its own or with the clubs in it. This is a major design flaw and should be fixed. I'll update the review after use to see how it holds up flying. UPDATE: after flying and going to Bermuda the bag holds up extremely well with travel and offers great protection, I combined it with a backbone and offers the protection of a much more expensive hard shell case.

Tough, roomy, and easy to handle
Took this bag on a recent golf trip and it held up great. It’s well-padded, fits my clubs and shoes with extra room, and the zippers feel solid. Rolls smoothly through airports and folds down easily for storage. For the price, it’s a great value and gives me peace of mind when flying with my gear.

Excellent Bag - Not Just for Golf Clubs - Excellent for Ham Radio Gear
First, lets calibrate what we're talking about here. This isn't made from titanium chain mail. It's heavy Cordura, a heavy fabric made from a blend of woven fibers. Secondly, I'm not a golfer and probably never will be so my comments don't relate directly to suitability for use as a golf club carrier. As an amateur radio (aka "ham radio") operator, I recently want on a small expedition to the Galapagos Islands (HD8M 2023). Everything we needed for the 3 radio stations had to come with us as luggage; radios, power supplies, antennas, coaxial cables, tools, computers, numerous accessories, etc. There was nothing but 3 vacation houses where we went. We took 3 complete radio stations and all the necessary equipment in our airline luggage. I used this bag to carry some of the heavier items including several antennas, a telescoping 26' fiberglass pole, 350' of coaxial cable, and 2 boxes of accessories, adapters, etc. I also put another bag with all of my clothes and personal items inside this bag. It weighed just shy of 70 Lbs (the airline limit for overweight baggage). Because my assortment of items was somewhat non-standard, it attracted the attention of U.S. TSA. This was not entirely unexpected. To be honest, if they weren't inspecting bags like this one, I would be concerned. However, on my first flight from PHL to MIA, this caused the bag to be delayed. To correct this, the airline flew it overnight to Phoenix and then to Miami for the earliest possible delivery the next day. This bag went: PHL to PHX to MIA to UIO (Quito) to GPS (Baltra airport, Galapagos). Once we landed at Baltra, it was put on a shuttle bus, then on the top of a small ferry, then in the back of a Toyota Hilux, then loaded onto another boat, dragged down a dock, and finally dragged to the house where I stayed. 10 days later it did the same trip in reverse (without the detour to Phoenix). When I got it home and unpacked it, I looked it over before I put it away. The stitching on all seams was in tact. The wheels and plastic on the back end were scratched a bit as you would expect for such a long trip across various terrain. There are a couple of very minor abrasions and one or two tiny rips (<1") where it must have been rubbed against something rough or hard. I don't blame these on the bag. Travel 4,000 miles to a remote part of the world and back again through 4 airports (x2), across various terrain and transportation and this is par for the course. I'm not shocked and these won't affect its usefulness in the future. As I said, this isn't made of metal. If you need something that won't be worn by abrasion, get one the much more expensive and heavier hard cases. If you're doing trips like this frequently, that may be a better bet for you. If you need something for occasional use that will hold up well and do what was intended, this bag is an excellent choice. KE2D/HD8M 2023

Tumi quality at a Samsonite price
I have written only one other review before this one, but I had not expected such a remarkably high level of quality -- akin to Tumi -- in this very reasonably-priced golf travel bag. The ballistic fabric is thick, tough and sewn and riveted at every stress point, including all three handles. The oversized zippers accept a TSA cable lock, which allowed my bag to be searched without trauma, as I discovered when I found a TSA advisory note inside the bag. The padding around the clubheads is generous, and the wide, strong external compression straps do an excellent job of preventing any rattling. On my second trip, I included a 4wt fly rod and reel combo in its own case alongside my metal woods, and it made the trip without incident. There is one small internal strap that's hardly needed, but it does restrict friction between the golf bag and cover. The inline skate wheels roll smoothly and silently, and the wheel mounts and skid rails are riveted as well. The weight is perfect: I added my golf bag, a full set of regular-length clubs [14], a pair of golf shoes and the one sleeve of golf balls allowed [3] and it weighed in at under 40 pounds. Highest recommendation!

My Golf Clubs’ Best Travel Buddy!
I’ve taken my golf clubs on countless trips over the past several years, and the CaddyDaddy Constrictor Soft-Sided Golf Travel Bag Cover has been an absolute champ at keeping them safe. Whether I’m hopping on a plane for a golf getaway or just tossing it in the car, this bag has been fantastic. The padded top gives me peace of mind that my club heads are protected from rough handling, and the wheels make it a breeze to roll through airports—no more lugging heavy gear over my shoulder! The lockable oversized zippers are a nice touch for security, and I love that it came with a year of replacement coverage just in case. It’s held up beautifully through all my travels, and my clubs always arrive in perfect shape. Couldn’t ask for more! Pros: • Fantastic protection with the padded top—my clubs have zero dings or scratches after tons of trips. • Super easy to maneuver with the sturdy wheels, even in busy airports. • Lockable zippers add an extra layer of security for peace of mind. • Durable material that’s stood up to baggage handlers and rough travel conditions. • The 1-year replacement coverage is a great bonus—shows they stand behind their product. Cons: • It’s a bit bulky when not in use, so storage takes some planning if space is tight. • The zippers can be a little stiff at first, but they loosen up with use. All in all, the CaddyDaddy Constrictor has made traveling with my golf clubs stress-free and reliable. It’s a must-have for any golfer who’s always on the go—five stars without a doubt!

Nice quality golf travel bag
Great travel bag for golf with plenty of room for shoes and other accessories. I bought a pole to help protect the driver and that fit well inside the bag too. Durable fabrics and zippers. Great value for the money. Happy with this purchase.
