Great small mechanical pencil
I like the construction and size. Beware the cap has a different shade colour than the body, but it doesn't bother me.

Better than Brilliant!
This pencil had great reviews and was the main reason why I chose this model. However, because of all the great reviews I worried I'd probably find a big issue with it no one else had noticed. I bought this mechanical pencil to mark fine accurate lines in wood for cutting as found keep sharpening a pencil was annoying and the sharp lead only lasted for a short time. I worried that the mechanical pencil might keep breaking and the lead wouldn't mark as well as an ordinary lead pencil but the opposite is the case. The polymer lead is fantastic and marks clearly and well defined accurate lines and you don't need to apply much pressure to get a defined line. The balance and feel of the pencil in the hand is perfect, however, when I first held it, it did feel really light but once I got used to it, this felt like a plus rather than a negative being so light and easy to use. For the money I really can't fault it, the shaft may not be handcrafted out of some exotic wood or trimmed in some rare metal but who cares when it works so brilliantly and feels so great!

A very attractive product
Ok it's just a propelling pencil. However it has the look and feel of a pen including when opened and that makes it a pleasure to use. For some reason nearly all propelling pencil designers think people want something with a diameter across the barrel like an old fashioned school pencil. The only alternatives seem to be a rubberised band like a cheap biro. This pencil looks and feels good to take notes in a way that most propelling pencils do not. The fit and finish are first class so it is a top end product, which it has to be at this price. Overall it just about justifies the price, but then I am a bit nerdy over these things - I still have and use for drawing a Pentel Mechanica pencil I bought for my Geometrical and Mechanical Drawing A level exactly 40 years ago (ahem). Does anyone still do G&MD?

Broke after 2 months
I really liked this pencil whilst it worked. It's nice to write with and the lid is really handy. However, my pencil broke after 2 months of use. I had taken perfect care of it (obviously not wanting to damage a pencil costing £15), but after 2 months it was useless. The mechanism inside broke so that it could not grip the lead and feed it through anymore. Perhaps I had a faulty product. This seems quite likely given that reviews I've seen on other websites have all been quite positive. Nonetheless, I am very disappointed and certainly did not get what I paid for.
