These have made such a major difference for me. I have light triggered migraines and these have been reducing the frequency and intensity significantly. I feel way calmer at night and it looks like medium-bright, warm candle light. They do not get hot at all. They don't flicker and are high quality, but I did notice that when we bought new ones that the old ones are much less bright. Not sure if it's because they dim over time or if there were slight differences between the bulbs. Will be replacing all our bulbs with these!

This is what I understand this light bulb to be: 1 watt usage 7 watt brightness. I needed a night light for me & my kitty--I need to avoid stepping on my her at night & a dim amber light without the blue light so she could also better enjoy her water fountains in the bedroom. I need to sleep & she needs to sleep. I needed to replace a very dim blue LED light that is not sold any more--extremely frustrating. This says only 7 watt brightness. The color glow is fabulous & it is dim indeed. The 7 watt brightness equivalent to the older incandescent light bulbs appears to be OK, I think; although, I would have appreciated a bulb that was just a tiny bit dimmer because it appears a bit brighter. I had to get a basket weave type shade & it works well & it very soothing & attractive at night. I must leave it on all night. For that reason, it could be a tiny bit dimmer. Be aware that the packages which contain more light bulbs are much stronger in light. There seems to be little demand & manufacturing of night time bulbs that are dim enough to sleep with all night long. I cannot use night lights plugged into the wall. My sockets are all used up & I need a light on top of a table--where I want it & need it--not near the floor & in odd places taking up the entire socket. I am happy with this light. There are simply no other options out there for anything better. I don't understand the demand for stronger amber light if you just want a night light or dim light near the TV that you leave on all night rather than turn off. I might look into an amber light for reading at night, too, but for now, I just need a night light. There should be reading light & sleeping light. So it is a 7 watt brightness--that's what it says. It is the lowest light brightness for night time available that I can see. Good for kitties, good for people, babies, etc.

Love these! Put them in my kids rooms for night time to help with melatonin production while they read and calm down for the night. Not too bright and has a nice red color.

Love this for nighttime newborn feedings! It's durable and worth every penny. It doesn't disrupt thr circadian rhythm and helps sleep. It creates a nice light and fits in my regular lamp.

I bought this to place inside my bedside lamp in order to spend the last hour of my day with red light, rather than blue. I took off a star simply because it does look a little spooky, but I swear it helps with eye strain, relaxation and helps settle me down for a good nights sleep. An inexpensive solution to buying the red light therapy mask. It's easy to simply install this one in the place of a normal lightbulb. Good quality and has worked well for me.

These are great bulbs. I've purchased two packages now and they're both holding up well. I haven't needed to replace any yet. I use them all over my home and really enjoy them after dusk. They do not flicker and cast a really nice glow throughout the room. I prefer these to red light bulbs because I don't enjoy a red light vortex, so if you're like me, looking to avoid that, but reap the benefits of no blue light and no flicker bulbs - these are a really nice alternative! I have used Blu Blox, not Bon Charge bulbs and theirs consistently burned out within a few months of use. At $30 a bulb this was not an acceptable performance for a bulb that only gets used a for few hours in the evening. These bulbs have not burned out and they are also not so dim that I cannot see well in the evening hours. Definitely worth a try and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been using Hooga bulbs for two years, and I love the warm, amber hue they provide, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Their customer service has also impressed me. Although a number of bulbs failed over time, Hooga quickly replaced them after I reached out via email, making the process smooth and enjoyable. To track the replacement bulbs, I initially used blue painter's tape on the metal stems of the sockets, but I plan to switch to durable plastic zip ties to mark the order dates. I intend to use this labeling method for future orders from Hooga as well, which will help both me and Hooga monitor their performance. When I returned the failed bulbs, they only asked for my Amazon order numbers and a few questions about my usage to help improve the product. They even reimbursed me for shipping costs, which I appreciated. I’m glad to see that Hooga is investigating the defects with the manufacturer to enhance product longevity. As someone sensitive to blue light, the blue-blocking feature is essential for me, and I think my sleep quality has improved since using them. There was a time when the hue of the bulbs I received was about 15% brighter than my earlier orders, leading to some inconsistency. However, the recent replacements have returned to the warmer, amber color I prefer. Overall, I recommend Hooga bulbs for fostering a serene home atmosphere. They come with a 2-year warranty and outstanding customer support, which adds to their appeal!

Lo compramos para ponerlo en el cuarto. Lo usamos en la noche, antes de dormir, mientras estamos en el celular o viendo una pelicula. Nos ha servido mucho porque nos da sueño rápido. Para dormir con él es complicado, porque sí tiene mucha potencia, pero para ponerlo en la mesita de noche, para antes de dormir, está perfecto.

Product was well packaged and is of good quality . Think its expensive for what it is

Be aware on first use you’ll likely think WHOA my room looks like a or cello 💡😂 I thought yeahhh no way I’m getting used to this nor my partner who reads in bad. He gave it a night and adjusted. I did to within a day. Now I enter the room and it feels like dusk on holiday. It’s warm and nice. Gonna try it now for my sitting room. Alas when I now exit the soft lit rooms the normal white awful LEDS strike me as blindingly awful. If only we could get rid of the toxic write daylight if the new so called SMART street light and go to orange. Oh well, I guess their new listening capacity (I kid you not ) will keep us all safe #forusall and all).
