This protein powder keeps me full for hours, has low calories and replaces my daily multi vitamin.

Used this daily for over a year. In some individuals there is evidence to suggest stevia use can lead to depression and mood changes, and this is exactly what happened. Also kicked up sugar cravings like crazy. Both normalized within a few days of quitting. Absolutely CANNOT recommend long term stevia use, regardless of recommended “safe” amounts. Dr. Cabral should use a safer sweetener or none at all in such a critical daily use product.
