I want low acid & a darker roast. I’ve tried So Many kinds of coffee & this is my favorite. This is my fist time buying whole bean & grinding it & maybe that makes it better… I don’t know, but the flavor of this is Great! No strange bitterness or after taste!

This is the first bag of this brand of coffee that I have tried and I found it to be on par with all the brands I buy in the grocery store. The flavor is medium and makes a good cup of coffee but nothing exceptional, at least in the bag I received. I do like I said it’s grown organically and from a single origin and processed in an environmentally friendly way.

It was great. After a few years of doing the one cup "pods" it was nice to drink coffee that was not sitting in a warehouse for a year or two before getting brewed.

Wish they would restock this on Amazon..it’s been my favorite and it’s been out of stock 3 weeks now.

I like that it's organic and doesn't have a mold smell to it. A delicious cup of coffee, will be ordering again.

I absolutely loved everything about this coffee. Aroma, flavor.

I ground up some beans for coffee, so I could put 6 measures (my usual) into the coffee machine. The coffee is good, but not outstanding. I didn't think it was bitter, but my spouse thought it was bitter. Certainly it tasted different than our regular pre-ground coffee and it was a nice change. Some beans were shiny, others were dull. There was no Best Before date on the package which is disturbing because they claim organic but can't even keep track of the date.

True organic coffee is incredibly smooth with a flavor and body that is distinctive from other coffees. This is the real deal and one cup convinced me.
