Comfortable grips
These are nice grips and help take away pressure from the wrists and come in two sizes with consideration for the materials used, non-hazardous rubber etc.

Great for the Brompton
Put these on my Brompton black edition and looks smart and feels superb on the hand. Even with the kojak tyres and firm suspension block, your hands feel nice and comfy from all the bumps

Pretty darn good but could be better...
When I started cycling again in May this year I started with a Gary Fisher Big Sur - a 2000 'vintage' mountain bike. This needed some new grips as I was getting major issues on my left hand. After much research, reding reviews and watching videos I decided to settle on these grips and must say over all I've been really impressed. The lock-on system is excellent and enables you to position the grips just as you want them with only a single allen key and a gentle turn on the grip. This is really beneficial as this kind of grip needs a little experimentaion to find the absolute best position for each different rider. The 'shelf' is a good size without getting in the way and has certainly helped with my issues but not totally resolved them - a trip to the physio is planned soon to see what else can be done. The rubber used on these grips is a great compound, it's grippy and well patterned without being too sticky and cleands up really easily. The only complaint or maybe request I would have is that there was a version of this grip with a larger diameter and more shock absorbent properties to reduce vibrations. The grips have now been moved my recently purchased Trek Roscoe 7 - see pic attached - and suit this bike equally as well as the Big Sur. I'll certianly be sticking with these or a similar grip from Ergon for my future requirements.

Great comfortable grips
Transformed the level of comfort on my eMtn bike long runs. Easy to fit. Good value and look smart.

Top!
Great grips, well designed and made. Quality materials used. Have been using them for 3+ months (400+km) and they still look as new despite having couple of falls. They improved comfort over standard Bontrager grips and I no longer suffer from any arm or hand pains even on longer journeys or bumpy trails. Recommended.

Good support, look a bit odd
Great replacement if you do the miles. Support the wrists on trails, don’t get in the way on fast technical decents. Easy to ride with even over 6hr rides. Look a bit ‘Geography Teacher’ at the bike parks though!

Da ich i.d.R.

I had a pair of similar handlebar on my bike before but always complained about sore hands or pins and needles. Only figured out that they were fitted at the wrong angle. Purchased the Ergons to replaced the old ones, but this time, fitted them correctly. It took me 3 or 4 attempts to tweak the angle of the grips correctly but the final position ended up very close to the marked "UP" position on the top of the grips. You will understand what I am saying once you fit them on. That said, the grips are a bit softer than the old ones which help with long rides. I can understand why they came about as highly recommended in several reviews. Good product and worth giving it a go.

Decided to pay a bit more for this brand item. Made in Germany with durable authentic materials. Selected this version with smaller “paddle” mostly for cosmetic reasons and it looks great. Supportive enough to ease the pressure point. Clamp is sturdy and perfectly fit over the 22mm handlebar. The black color rubber is firm with just enough give. End cap is cool and held snugly into the end of the bar.
