Amazon is amazing, it delivered this product to my place which is a very remote location. the grinder is good and does the job great

Very, very noisy. Base stone is too soft and hence, even after running the wet grinder for 45 mins, pulses remain ungrinded. Tried changing the settings (which are very difficult), and even after that, the stone grinding noise is so high that even industrial motors do not create such noise levels. Tried calling up their customer service, after having to call 4 different numbers, one service centre did agree to check and it happens to be 50 kms away, and they never turned up. We expected the most costliest wet grinder in the market at this capacity, to atleast deliver flawlessly, far from that, this is the most inferior product in terms of quality.

Very good product but handle the grinding stones with care. I accidentally dropped the grinding stone and it lost a part of the side. From then onwards I haven't been able to grind anything in it. I have requested for a new stone from the company itself. Rest of the machine is good.
