Good product
I’ve been using the breathing trainer for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable difference in both my lung capacity and overall breathing control. At first, it felt a little challenging to get used to, but that’s the point—it provides just the right amount of resistance to strengthen your respiratory muscles. The design is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry, so I can use it at home, during breaks at work, or even while traveling. Cleaning is simple, which I appreciate, and the adjustable resistance levels mean I can gradually increase the intensity as my lungs get stronger. Since starting, I’ve noticed improved stamina during workouts, less shortness of breath when climbing stairs, and even better relaxation when I pair it with deep breathing exercises. It’s a great tool not just for athletes, but also for anyone wanting to improve lung health, manage stress, or support recovery after illness. Overall, I highly recommend this breathing trainer—it’s a small investment with big benefits for your health and fitness.

Awesome Breathing trainer device! A must have!!!
Very simple and effective breathing device, works really well and I like the flexibility of being able to use different sizes of balls to adjust the resistance! It comes with a convenient case to keep the device clean and easy to carry. Can be cleaned with ease. I have tried different breathing devices and this is one of the best ones so far, highly recommend!! A great value for money! :)

Works for me, but not for intended target
A pulmonologist recommended this for lung exercise. Unfortunately the intended target does not have enough sustained breath to get the benefit. At least we didn't buy it from the medical center supply where it was $80 and private pay! Our respiratory tech did note the price, quality, etc, and may be telling others to get them from Amazon.

Helps with breathing
I'm glad I got this. It's terrific to help with breathing and stretching out the ribs too.

Ease of use and easy to clean
This is a fantastic device, and it was very helpful to me a few weeks ago, when I had a lot of phlegm in my lungs. I tried using the small, medium and large spheres, and I found that the larger one is the best for me. Your experience may vary depending on how much velocity you have expelling air from your lungs.

It works
My pulmonologist recommended I get one of these for my copd, and I bought this one because it was the cheapest. I will say I'm very surprised at its Effectiveness considering it doesn't seem like much of a device at all. The fact that comes with three different sized balls does help based on your needs.

Dont understand the design at all!!!
What I like about this flutter valve is how short it is and it doesn't seem to build up the condensation inside as much as my others do however that being said I can't get past the diamond shaped mouthpiece I'm 100% stumped and confused by this. The design makes no sense at all!!!. I don't know how you're supposed to get a seal around a mouthpiece that's shaped like a diamond. It should be oval or Circle. It's a very unnatural feeling trying to get a seal around that and virtually impossible. For that reason I do not recommend this flutter valve, find one that has an oval or Circle mouthpiece.

Seems to be effective
I'm not sure that this did any good for me because by the time I decided I should order one and by the time it arrived my cold was pretty much over. But my mother-in-law has the same product and has been using it and found that it really caused her to cough up the junk down in her chest. It was recommended to her by her lung doctor.
