It really works and leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh. I have periodontis and I don't "taste" the yucky bacteria in my mouth after oil pulling with guru. I was actually amazed at how I noticed a difference after just one use! I've only been using for about a month and so im curious to what my dentist will say about the health of my gums at my next visit. *Do NOT spit down your drain as it is bad for them. Discard in garage : )

I love using this each morning! Some oil rinses have a bad taste, but this one is great!

I do like this oil, have been buying the single use packs but they cost more than the bottles so I decided to buy the bottles to use at home and the packets for traveling. Bought the 3 bottle pack but when I received the package, oil had leaked and all 3 bottles of oil are different levels. See pic. Also, I did not receive any tongue scrapers. I received an Equate travel pouch, 2 packs of dental flossers and 2 mouth guards. Should have informed buyer when ordering. I am updating my review. I decided to give another chance and ordered again. This time the bottles did not leak, I think they were double sealed and the order came with the tongue scrapers. Maybe they weren't available for my last order? Last month one of my root canals was infected around the gum area and I used the pulling oil twice a day and swished 10 minutes and it healed. Oil pulling is a great natural addition to oral hygiene. I will continue to use this product. Going to place another order and I will subscribe.

Nice kit. But I’ve never oil pulled and some items included in the box had no instructions on how to use them. So I’m stuck with some things I don’t get. Otherwise the oil is very nice. Tongue scraper is superb but the toothbrush sheds. Then there’s the teeth cover things I’m not sure how or why to use.
