Our Epson sublimation printer needed a replacement ink waste cartridge. After doing some online research I came across this product and it worked perfectly. It was easy to install and the instructions were very thorough.

This item works great!!! Just don't forget you'll need to purchase a reset code somewhere on the internet for you up. They do this so you'll HAVE to use their techs. My code was 10.00 worked fine.

Followed the video, purchased the key to reset my printer, and everything was good to go.

I bought it for my Epson ET4700. The process was simple. Unsecured two screws, popped out the old one, popped in the new one and that was it.!!!!!!!

Perfect fit for my Epson ET2720. NOTICE - on some printers the waste ink counter must be reset to continue printing. A warning will appear. I have done this twice via a downloaded app. Pay the small fee and spend an hour or buy a new printer for a lot more than 20 bucks.

******* DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER ****** I have communicated with Amazon as to the inability to reach the seller to resolve a serious problem encountered after replacing this maintenance product. Step 1 is as far as you will get with the "instructions" that are included in the box. Though they seem impressive as you pre-read, the inability to complete Step 2 will leave you with a printer that is inoperable. Amazon is taking steps to investigate the seller further for any remedy. I only wish that I would have researched this better (i.e., read all reviews), but with overall ratings of 4.5 out of 5.0. Purchase at your own risk.
