I like almost everything about these sensor soap dispensers. I recommend that you use alkaline batteries and not rechargeable, because the motor need full voltage to work well. It will work lazily with rechargeables and you will change them more often. When new you must prime the pump. I find this work best with water first. Activate the pump several times with water and then dump it and put soap in and activate the pump several more times. It will work like a champ, then. If you just pour in soap and them activate the pump it takes more than a dozen times, maybe twenty before you get consistent results. The first one I bought was giving me trouble by small soap pumps. I took it apart and found nothing wrong. I cleaned it and now it works, again. If you start getting little amount of soap. I recommend you empty out dispenser and flush with warm water and a cleaner that will dissolve the soap residue or take it apart and clean like I did. Summary: good price and works well.

Fits the need

This thing is pretty impressive. It is very small, but still holds a large amount of soap. I have had the item for about a month now, and have liked it overall. My only gripe, and reason for losing a star, is the amount of soap it dispenses each time. I feel like I have to get it to dispense twice to be enough soap. I've tried putting the soap on my hands with a ton of water on them already and it is still not quite enough. But outside of that, this thing is amazing! It is super easy to attach to the wall. It's very nice not having the clutter of a soap dispenser on your vanity as well!

This is really cool and makes my shower seem very futuristic. I have this mounted with 3M water-proof strips, and not in the direct path of water, and it seems to work perfectly! They are NOT waterproof, so be careful to not get water into any nooks or crannies, to avoid short circuiting. The noise level is fairly quiet, and is impressive how well it works. I hope the battery lasts as long as they say, so it should last at least a year, if not longer! 10/10!

I bought this on August 15th August but didn't really check for functionally as the bathroom renovations were on hold. Now that I'm finally ready for it, it is not powering on. Checked the manual and placed the batteries correctly and still nothing. I even put fresh batteries in. I guess this is a defective unit. The thing is that Im now seeing that the return window closed on September 27th.

I'm pretty sure this is the first Amazon review I've ever written, and we bought this soap dispenser almost four years ago, but I saw it today, just hanging there on the bathroom wall, and I realized that it was probably the best purchase I have ever made. We have four kids and one bathroom, so there are six people using this thing all.day.long. We have NEVER had a problem with it. It's so convenient and easy to use. It has worked flawlessly, and we go long stretches between battery changes. It's super easy to install and refill, and, for parents with small children, it's so easy for kids to use which makes getting them into good hand washing habits that much simpler. Besides major appliances, I have never bought anything that we use so consistently that has given us zero problems. I love it! So yeah...I guess I thought the world should know! Highly recommend!

I bought two for my business , one for the bathroom and another for the customers to wash their hands in the eating area of my taco shop. It eliminated the wasteful drip that my old soap dispenser would do and it stopped the homeless from stealing the soap in the bathroom since I just had a pump on the sink. Honestly I love them and they’re so cheap !

Was a great product until recently if you put full soap it leaks the soap out.

Great product! I just installed and it was a cinch to do so. The bracket easily comes off to measure the holes you need to drill. Well thought out design -- battery compartment is nicely hidden. I didn't install the screw for it because it's at home. It took me 10 minutes to drill and install everything and get it working. Easy to unmount to replace the batteries. There is a key to secure it which is also a nice design, though I don't need it for installing at home. It's a nice capacity where I won't need to refill it so often, but not too big that it is an eye sore. Recommended!

So far so good. Even though it is plastic it looks solid and feels great. Does give only a small doses of soap but I don't mind putting my hand under twice. Very easy to mount on the wall. Very easy to fill as top of dispenser comes completely off. It does have a small plastic key and lock for the top.

Great product and delivered a promised. Minor issue with the sensor when mounted close to the sink. Otherwise works great.

We installed it right next to our main entrance door. An essential in today's time. I love how it dispenses perfect amount of sanitizer, not too much not too little. Sensors work great too, only dispenses if it senses something right underneath it.
