These tablets are a life saver when you are feeling unwell. I had a bad tummy bug and I could barely keep water down, but forced some of these down and they made me feel much better. The flavour is really nice. Great quality product.

I bought this for a chemistry experiment as i needed an effervescent tablet. The smell is very deceiving, it smells amazing but the taste is pretty bad imo. I also noticed no effects from it but i mean, i wasnt really expecting any and im not exactly the target audience for this, so my input is only really good for taste. It takes around 10 minutes to fully dissolve, and 3 minutes if you crush it. If you stir while it is crushed, it takes just over a minute. Not sure if thats good or not, but seems quite slow to me.

Good product. Healthy immune boosting elderberry effervescent tablets plus bit c and zinc to add to water. Tasty flavour.

These are pretty good. However, I did make the mistake of just chewing one rather than following the instructions to dissolve in a glass of water! This is because a) many equivalents give that as an option, b) some equivalents are very unremarkable in taste. NOT these - I had eaten a fizz bomb. The performance was no different, but the flavour is very strong indeed undiluted. Other than that, I sometimes think the main benefit if such pick-me-ups is psychological, but.....if the All Blacks think they are worth using......? Expensive when compared to an old-fashioned glucose tablet. Cost-effective if they do pep up your immune system as well as releasing energy.

First thoughts: Pros Nice subtle flavour (not too overpowering but not weak either). Fairly standard levels of Vitamin Bs, C, D, Iron and Zinc. 20 dispersible tablets in each tube so travel and bag friendly. They effervesce and disperse well in water and relatively quickly (2min 40sec). Very little insoluble matter is left and it’s so fine that you don’t detect it. Cons No suggested amount of water to use so I used my standard 200-250ml of water. These are a nice tasting way to get your daily vitamins in and these ones are geared towards boosting the immune system which is a main focus for many in these troubling times (myself included). I used 250ml of water to disperse them and this happens quite quickly compared to some effervescent tablets I’ve used in the past. The taste was nice at that dilution but you can probably add more or less water to suit your own taste. I often drop one of these types of daily tablet into diet lemonade to make the lemonade a bit more interesting. Details and things to note (See pictures): 2x tubes with 20x tablets in each tube. These are packaged in quite a stylised box with an outer sleeve that looks more like a boxed bottle of aftershave than vitamins so this would probably also make a nice looking gift to a health conscious friend or family member. A very fine powder was left in the bottom of the glass but looked more like a juice cloud that you get occasionally with squash. There wasn’t any grittiness to it and I didn’t detect any adverse taste or texture when consumed. Final thoughts: Simple, tastes nice and easily carried for use on the go. We were pleasantly surprised at the speedy dispersion so we won’t be waiting 10 minutes like we had to for the last effervescent tablets we tried before we could drink them and then get out of the house. Happy to recommend them as a good daily top-up of vitamins for the immune system.

Nice berry flavoured effervescent multivitamins with a good pedigree. With high amount of vitamin C and zinc to aid immunity. The additional vitamins and minerals are all going to supplement athletes training and fitness in addition to a good diet

I had the Elite Activ immunity +. In the box there are 2 tubes of 20 vitamin enriched instant drinks – so 40 in total. I also thought these were sugar-free as it says with “sweetener” however, the product contains maltodextrin, so diabetics might need to be careful with their intake – I would usually only drink totally sugar-free. The drinks dissolve really well, they go dark pink when ready. They smell quite fruity. The flavour of berry is quite mild – and there’s quite an irony flavour underneath. I do notice a small spike in energy after drinking these (I usually have my daily one in the early afternoon), it could be a coincidence.
