If only it was as easy to correct other mistakes in life

My dad, an engineer from the pre- digital age used to bring high quality stationary home to work on his designs until late at night. These were typically West (!)- German made, and generally good quality; Rotring, Lamy and Steadler. I always made sure I to appropriate a few of these items for myself to add to my school stationary arsenal. Our children these days have a wide range of extremely colourful, odd-shaped and often smelly stationary items. They have a whole heap of fancy erasers however none of these is able to erase pencil adequately with ease an precision. So I was glad to find a set of these vintage looking Steadler erasers that literally haven’t changed in appearance in 40 years. Not only do they satisfy my nostalgia, the erasers are also of very good quality and will last for several years depending on your use be it professional or for at home. The type of rubber is excellent, it soft but sturdy and doesn’t crumble and generally doesn’t leave a stain on the paper. They come in proper size so also their initial grip is good, much better than the flimsy, thin hard-rubber erasers that my children occasionally present me with. The package will give you two erasers for a decent price. I suppose there are cheaper erasers available, but these are the best if you ask me.

They leave no stains or streaks or damage.

Good for pencil on paper. Also good for pencil on walls where you've marked something and want to remove it without damaging paint too much. Even if paint finish is slightly damaged after erasing, easier to fix that than trying to paint over dark pencil marks.

Steadler erasers are of excellent quality that will last for years, with excellent rubber that is soft yet sturdy and doesn’t leave stains on paper. A comfortable siwe that hasn't changed over the years that provide a good grip. The price is right, and I wouldn't replace it with a cheaper eraser. One of the best erasers out there, definately I recommend it.

These erasers are very effective and don't damage the paper in use. The only trouble is if you want to erase a pencil mark close to another you can't easily do this except by using a corner when the eraser is brand new. After that you have to resort to an eraser pencil such as the Koh-I-Noor Hardmuth Era erase pencil. I bought one from Amazon for removing small pencil numbering from Sudoku puzzles. The other option is the Japanese propelling pencil eraser also bought from Amazon. Now that I have compared all three for this application my favourite is the Koh-I-Noor.

Ottimo prodotto. Cancella bene la matita, il marchio é conosciuto ed é sinonimo di qualità a mio parere. Sottolineo l’assenza di ftalati e quindi molta attenzione da parte dell’azienda alla salute dei bambini . Gomme di lunghissima durata che verranno sostituite perché perse non certamente perché consumate. La confezione contiene due gomme identiche. Il prezzo non è tra i più economici.

Llevo usando la misma goma desde que recuerdo, precisa, eficaz, duradera... La utilizo tanto para borrar texto a lápiz como en mis bocetos, elimina perfectamente el trazo, cuando se le queda residuo la "limpio" borrando en un papel a parte. Deja menos residuo que otras gomas, tanto restos, como manchas en el papel (que afecta, sobre todo en los bocetos)
