Nice tool, good price and I like the way the fence moves back and forth so you can use different areas of the blade, like some said the handles are plastic but could easely replaced if broken, it makes a low not to loud hum. R.J.S.

For a smaller router with small jobs this product is pretty good.. from out of the box. It worked well easy to assemble no problem. I ran various types of wood through the joiner, then and thick hard and soft wood, and it joined perfectly. If you need a joiner for small jobs this is the perfect tool at the perfect price.

Birthday present for hubby. He is very happy with it. Works great.

it was very level right out of the box. I only use this as an edge planer so that's all I can review it as. I do have a wen thickness planer. Fairly quite for a two blade machine. Seems to have the right amount of power as I did not feel any bogging down. Dust collector shoot works really well. Knobs are a bit cheesy but at this price point. It will do the job it's made for

WEN is really impressing me with their cost to quality value. This unit was spot on out of the box. Lots of power, quieter than expected and cuts smoothly. If you’re looking for a small jointer, I think this is as good as they come. This is a great option for the new woodworker on a budget or an experienced woodworker with a smaller shop or one that does not need to joint 10 ft long boards. I feel comfortable jointing up to a 6 foot board with these table lengths and around 4-5 feet is probably it’s sweet spot. With care and good technique, longer boards may be possible. I give this a full 5 stars and highly recommend based on the unit I received. One note is older reviews state it has cast iron table beds. The updated model is aluminum. There are benefits of both, but I live in high humidity Florida, so for me it will be less maintenance not having to keep the cast iron from rusting, aluminum is fine.

It had damage when receive but was immediately resolved by Wen. Great customer service. I checked square with a Starrett precision protractor ( it reads in seconds of a degree) and it was not even one second off! Amazing! I don't know about some of the reviews I've read about needing to reset the back gauge for squareness but mine is dead on. I very nice machine. Update: Just thought I'd add a pic ...a little fuzzy if you zoom but it still shows the squareness.
