Turkey Hill Maple Syrup Grade A Special Reserve 17.59 Fl Oz Glass Barrel

Just love this syrup! Maple flavor very nice, not heavy. Works well on our pancakes and waffles, in our coffee, overcame and makes a lovely glaze for pork. Will keep some on hand always.

This is lighter, noticeably less viscous than the $5-7 grocery store brands. I love the subtle flavor and find I use less on my pancakes. This is a splurge purchase ($30) and I am enjoying it very much.

I bought this as a gift and I’m kind of afraid to give it. The Amazon box had been opened on both ends, both sides, when it arrived and this glass bottle was just shoved in wrapped in wadded up brown paper. It was so obvious that it had been returned. I don’t know if there is an interior seal on the bottle because I don’t want to open it to see and I don’t see an exterior seal. My son Inlaw thinks it’s still sealed so I guess I’ll just hope it is. Beyond that, it’s a very, very small bottle of syrup for $30. Smaller than I realized. I bought my son some of this brand of syrup in Canada at the airport. He loved it and said it was the best syrup he had ever eaten. So I thought I get him this as a treat for Christmas. This bottle was twice the price of what I bought in Canada and it looks to be perhaps half the size, though it’s in a different bottle so volumes are difficult to compare when I no longer have the original bottle that I bought. I’ll keep it, but I would not buy it again for that price.

This maple syrup is divine. We bought our first 'barrel' on our honeymoon trip to Niagara Falls. The flavor is pure and sweet. We serve it to our guests with waffles. Everyone loves it.

I don’t believe this is 100% maple syrup. I got a reaction from it that I only get from cane sugar. I think it’s mostly sugar syrup, i.e. a scam product. It should be tested.

Hands down some of the best syrup I’ve ever put on my pancakes or homemade pork sausage.
