Mine did not come with grommets, but adding some isn't too hard. Definitely better insulation than some items twice their thickness but a bit cheaply made and look like they will fall apart in a season or two. So far, they are fine, but the seams look cheap. A great technology and seemingly a pricing error for what these cost elsewhere. Aerogel is some amazing stuff and even though these are just aerogel infused pellets, they still offer amazing performance for the thickness.
