I have one in the office and one in my bow bag. These are great to practice form and strength train with SPT drills.

Well I'm trying to get into shape and start working out my arm muscles so I can start using bows. I enjoy the training I'm learning from my buddy who is pretty much a bow expert so yeah this little beauty does the trick.

This great for building an archer's arm strength as well as for anchoring and bow arm positioning. However, you cannot release without the band slapping your arm. That can be very painful. My daughter's product also broke after like 2 months. The foot strap broke first. Another archer on our team also had his foot strap break as well.

Broke after 1 use. Pull rubber doesn't stay in place when you pull.

Present for son he loves it

Second pull i got slapped in the face , the tension band came loose from the handle and slapped me in the face. And there was not much pull resistance in the band
