Amazing humbucker
Amazing. I wanted a les Paul junior (it has one humbucker only at the bridge position). I didn't fancy paying thengibson price which was over £650. I bought the epiphone version and decided to upgrade the humbucker to the pearly gates and boy an I please I did. The tone out of this is incredible. It has a nice twang and clarity whilst still having grit. Turn up the volume and the gain increases to a lovely heavy sound without becoming too muddy. Add a bit of reverb and delay and an amazing creamy lead tone too. Can't recommend this enough for anyone looking to swap out their humbucker.

Beautiful sound
Gave my Gibson Les Paul standard 2016 HP a new lease of life. The burstbucker pro's were thin and shrill and ice picky so off they went on ebay. This pickup is as creamy and warm as I've heard any guitar go.

Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Humbucker
I have tried many neck pickups for my Les Paul in the past 30 years (Gibson, Dimarzios, Seymour Duncans, etc.), and I have found that the Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Humbucker to be the best. It has a warm tone and huge sustain. This pickup does not have an ounce of harshness to it. I use this pickup for playing jazz, fusion and blues. Also, it sounds terrific playing rock.

Pastilla de puente muy buena.

Excelente pastilla de puente con un sonido clásico PAF pero con un poco más de medios agudos que hacen que corte muy bien a través de la mezcla

Bought this to drop into a PRS SE CU24. The stock PRS pickups sounded... weird. The neck pickup is okay, but the bridge sounded like a blanket was over the highs(it was more subtle than the tone control). A lot of people had talked about the highs being shrill and it being ideal for a Les Paul due to the scale length/bridge balancing that out so I gotta say I was concerned ordering it because the tremolo... and if I’m being honest, the tone is amazing. It’s got a nice “grit” to it when you dig in. It is absolutely the sound I had in my head. The highs aren’t bad, it’s got good lows and mids, and it has a nice sweet sound. Tons of dynamics. You want blues? You got it. Classic rock? You bet. It’ll even do a decent VH and some more modern stuff if you want to(although it definitely isn’t ideal for that). All in all, if you’re looking for a sweet sounding vintage-hot pickup for classic rock/blues, look no further. Note - I’ve had this pickup in the guitar for about 3 weeks so you’re not hearing “first night honeymoon” raves. It still continues to impress me every time I plug it in.

I had it installed in my Chinese built Ibanez Iceman. It made it sound so much better. Paul Stanley uses only the bridge pickup anyway. The neck is just for show. This pickup is perfect for classic rock.
