I always wanted a watch to count my steps. But I did not want the hassle ir expense if an Apple watch. This is also a great timer. I use that function frequently. I can read my texts. Cannit respond, but can certainly check in with my phone if necessary. Great value at a great price!

Bought as gift. Works well and easy to program. Strictly Android, working nicely with phone.

I purchased this watch for my granddaughter last Christmas. She liked it a lot and wore it until recently when it quit connecting to her phone. I contacted customer service by email and after a couple of emails with instructions on how to get the watch to connect that were unsuccessful, they mailed me a new watch. I gave a four star rating only because the watch quit working before the warranty expired and because they no longer carry this color, so the watch will be black.

I got this watch/tracker because I needed a simple straightforward tracker. Nothing major. It was a great price and the reviews seemed decent. I wasn't expecting anything like apple but i did expect the product i purchased to do what it says it would. The temperature always reads the same. 73F. I am in Texas and its 99 degrees right now. It never gives accurate weather, at all. There is absolutely no way to sync any messages AT ALL. Even just to view. There is NO MUSIC function at all. No way to sync. There is NO WAY to know what the 1st icon even is for on the dash on the watch bc itsfunction doesn't work. The manual is vague and has obvious translation errors. The Q&A on Amazon is pointless because you can ask a question and they will answer YES, it works or you can do something but in fact it completely DOES NOT. I always try to do my research, regardless of product price. I know nothing is 100% perfect. I get that. But this watch does NOTHING of what it says it will, at least the main points mentioned. You can tell time, you can add a picture and maybe a heart rate, steps. THAT'S IT. BE WARNED. I read the manual and it's not a manual at all. I would not buy this product. Do more searching, I am sure you will find something better. Unless you just want a time clock and a picture, keep going. As far as the company, they shoud be 100% transparent. Alot of what they claim is I. Fact, INACCURATE.

I liked the watch. I felt the versatility, such as changing the watch face, and the many other options surpassed my original smart watch. But, the day after setting up the watch, I was unable to get it to again pair with my cell phone. After trying many options, such as resetting the watch to factory settings, uninstalling the app on my phone and reinstalling, and working with the manufacturer, I had to send the watch back because I couldn't get the watch to pair with the phone. The manufacturer assistor was attentive and tried several times to troubleshoot the problem (via email) over the course of many days. I found it very easy to work with him but in the end, he recommended returning the watch. I felt very comfortable with this company because the rep was so available (via email). It would have been much better if I could have talked with him and have him walk me through the troubleshooting process rather than trying to follow a video sent to me showing me step by step. The problem was that both times I received the video, the picture quality was blurred and unclear. The video was also too bright to see. There was one issue I had with the watch itself and that was that the watch face didn't become visible with the turn of my wrist. I had to press the button everytime I wanted to see the time.

The watch is wayyy worth the buy! The battery life is great! It counts steps great and monitors everything pretty good! If you got it for the sleep monitor, then you may want to get one a little more focused on that. I have been using it and it does okay. You have to sync it to your handset and then every night before bed>main menu> swipe left twice past steps and heart monitor to the sleep monitor and make sure you do that before sleep otherwise it will not record. I also downloaded a random sleep monitor to help calibrate my watch. The ovulation and period monitoring is not great so sti I with your own calendar or your handset. Other than that. I had no issues with the temperature or it being in china time zone like others have had complaints about. The battery last for days. I bought it on the 18th of September and didn’t need a charge until the 28th. It has not held the charge that long since. It does last every bit of 5-7 days. Dependent upon yourself and how often you are using it. I would buy it again before I bought an apple for hundreds! The app needs to be updated you can’t add anything in the app to make it sync with the watch so just use your devices health app instead. Hope this helps some. The watch is great, helpful. Easy to charge, Good quality, I do recommend for those who love sport/workout watches.
