I wanted to give this one five stars but it won't let me. I'm not really sure why that is. They are so good, it's hard to believe that this actually has protein and is good for you. But it is. It doesn't have any refined sugar but it's better than some peanut butter cookies that I've had. It's a snack I can feel good about. I'm very health conscious and I keep these around for when I want a quick protein with some carbs to keep my energy level up. And since it has no refined sugar, only dates to sweeten it, it's good for me.
