Great and compact!
Great little knife: super compact and easy to carry in a pocket without feeling bulky. Opening is smooth and basically effortless which is awesome, but means you should be careful when retracting it. The price is great for what you get, and it feels durable even after a couple of weeks of regular use. Works great for what I need it for — opening packages, cutting small rope or twine, and slicing through medium-thickness zip ties. Sharp, reliable, and perfect for everyday carry.

Good knife, best on sale.
Pretty impressed. To be fair I picked this up on sale for around half the normal price. At that price it's awesome, at regular price it would be good. It's small and light and works well, but at $50... there are a lot of options that are potentially better. The Civivi KwaiQ is a good example of a slightly better product for the price. I wouldn't feel ripped off at regular price, but it's certainly less of a value. Having a reversible clip is key and it's done in a cool way on this piece. Thanks for reading, hope this helps.

Sharp looks, but rattles get on my nerves!
Nice little knife! Light enough to forget you're carrying, but heavy enough to feel like it's not going to break. Locking mechanism is simple and intuitive to use, although I'm partial to this particular style of lever/release. Blade was razor-sharp out of the box. I haven't needed to sharpen it yet, so I can't comment on how well the blade can be honed. Only giving 4 stars because after a couple months of consistent use (cutting mostly packing tape), the blade wobbles a bit in the locked open position, which makes a rattling noise. The blade appears to be connected with rivets, so there is no way to tighten the connection. It doesn't seem to affect the operation so I won't make a stink about it, but I have similar, cheaper knives that have tighter tolerances. Overall, I think I would buy it again. Many similar knives at this price point have plastic handles, so if the slight looseness of the blade is the trade-off, I would rather have the metal body of this knife.

Unreliable frame lock
I have a Boker Kansei that I bought after a coworker made me fall in love with theirs, but its an expensive knife so I bought a CRKT CEO flipper for actual work, and most recently the CRKT CEO thumb stud just for fun. All incredible knives. I've even been able to play around with a cheap 20 dollar Samior G1035 which I don't think I will actually purchase for myself anytime soon, but is a decent blade. This Coast blade was on sale for 25 bucks and I planned to use it for really rough work I don't want to use my other slim blades for. After unboxing it, I realized quickly that the frame lock does not reliably latch unless you force it in place. You need to pinch the blade with your fingers and pull it back until the frame lock finally manages to snap in place. I tried tweaking it and wearing it in but that was not the problem. I was looking forward to adding another CEO style blade to my collection for only 25 bucks but I wouldn't keep this blade around if someone PAID ME 25 bucks. Its dangerous as far as I'm concerned. Just to clarify to anyone actually reading this that doesn't quite understand; If the frame lock is not secure, any amount of force that pushes on the back of the blade will fold the knife down on your fingers.

Sleek, sharp executive knife that looks great and is easy to carry.
I'm not an expert on pocket knives but wanted a sleek executive-style knife that was affordable. This was a great purchase. The blade is sharp and under normal, occasional use (e.g., opening boxes, cutting rope) seems to be keeping its edge just fine. Most of all, I really like the look. I've carried this in the front pocket of jeans/slacks and in the shirt pocket of my button-downs and it has such a nice profile that looks more like a pen or laser pointer. The flick action is smooth and quick. Overall, it has a nice finish and is a quality knife, especially for the price.

LOVE THIS KNIFE
I was surprised to get this knife for under $30. The blade is sharp out of the box, and the knife sits perfectly centered when closed. That right there is great! I love the action. When closing the knife it falls right back in place. The scales are grippy too.

no blade lock
Ok as a letter opener . That is what I intended to us it for . As a knife ...well the blade does not lock open. As long as you are aware of that , you can use it

Christmas EDC knife present
Have carried this knife as my EDC. For several weeks. No one knows it is a knife. . When I have shown it to friends they want one. Easy to use and open. Very sharp. Good quality. I plan on giving a knife like this to my brother and son in law for Christmas.
