These things are amazing. I have flat feet, which led to plantars fasciitis in my left foot and chronic knee and leg pain in both legs. After using these cups on my legs (around my knee and ankle area) for a portion of the morning, I felt an astonishing difference! For the first time in over a year, I finally felt like I was able to walk properly, not limp or hobble. I was able to walk without thinking about how much it hurts to walk. What an amazing feeling! Good quality and easy to use. This is my first time with at home cupping. The ebook is pretty generic, meant to sell more products but does offer some important use instructions. The video tutorials are informative. I was mainly looking for answers on what not to do which one of the videos addressed. This is a really good product. I love it.
