Premium Headphone that is worth the money
Contents Cloth bag - this is a nice touch and feels like a reasonable quality bag for a premium product, made from a material that feels durable. I personally like the fact that it is lined and will protect your headphones from knocks and accidental bumps. The additional pocket to store a couple accessories supplied is handy and doesn't add additional bulk. USB Dongle - Although I have not used the product yet I was a little surprised and disappointed to see this. For a premium Bluetooth product I didn't expect to receive a dongle and I'm hoping this is just to cover all eventualities for those who don't have Bluetooth embedded into a device. This device has been updated since original production and now has a reseated button to enter pairing mode. Instruction Card - I like this touch and it is simple yet affective, small enough to keep in the device bag. Charging cable & Speaker cable - again nice that everything is included and yet small enough to keep in the bag without being too bulky. Headphones - First impressions - WOW just WOW, first glance I'm really impressed with them, exactly what I've been looking for and can't wait to try them out. The device has enough weight to feel both sturdy to live up to everyday use as well as having a comfortable look and feel. The build also feels very solid and first impressions are they are a premium quality product. There are many who say this and don't live up to expectations, so here's a fingers crossed. I think it best to cover off each aspect to really give it justice as there is so much to say that they deserve a proper review... Headband - feels comfortable and the padding is soft, not sure how the fabric will wear with hair product and I can see me ending up with a speaker band across the top of my head but that's a small price to pay for comfort and quality. Headphone cups - they headphone cups do feel soft and comfortable, made from the same soft headband material that i cane wait to see how they stand up to using. I like the touch of the lettering inside the cups as it saves having to look with way to put them on. Controls - Again first impressions are that there are too many buttons, however in reality in hindsight there will be one button to answer calls and then the audio controls which are actually quite intuitive (although not used yet but feel of them are easy to find and understand). Just want to say that I was out shopping with my mate a few months ago and he purchased the sennheiser pcx550 wireless headphones and the only reason I didn't buy some too was due to the fact that they didn't have a microphone to take calls with so these have a lot to live up to. To wrap up this is a very positive first review and I really hope the sound quality meets up to the build quality and very positive first impression. iPhone Pairing This was really easy and straight forward, initially using the app it wasn't clear if I was to say the headphones had paired or not. I decided to use the usual method of going to Bluetooth settings on my phone and connect that way, this worked first time. Apple Watch App Pleasant surprise to see the app on my watch.

They are growing on me
For the price, you'd expect a perfect product, but sadly there are issues - Noise cancelling only works on bass sounds (which is true for all active noise cancellation, apparently). So it will get rid of the hum of air conditioning, but you'll still hear everyone talking around you. Passive noise cancellation is what stops you from hearing other people talking, and that means better padding than these headphones have. - The active sensors which determine whether you are wearing the headphones aren't reliable and have to be repeatedly reset. I've turned the feature off in the end, so the headphones always think they are being worn. - Clamping is quite hard and after hours of use, they start to feel uncomfortable. - There's no graphic equaliser. - You only get a soft case, so need to buy a hard one. - They don't seem to support aptx, which a lot of Android devices do support - this would increase the sound quality from the phone. - The PC USB dongle flashes continuously when listening music. Having said that, a bluetooth dongle is supplied for use with the PC and using it makes the sound much better than using the standard built in PC bluetooth. In fact, the sound when using the dongle is pretty amazing. Using the dongle also greatly improves the microphone performance over the standard bluetooth connection. UPDATE I've increased my rating of these headphones after switching from Google Play Music to Tidal (basic / non-FLAC subscription). On Android, the sound from Tidal using these headphones is really, really good. Even better than my Seinhessier bluetooth earphones which support aptx. Not sure why that is, as Google is supposed to be using the same codec and bit-rate as Tidal from the Googling I've done, so perhaps Tidal's rips are better? Regardless, the sound from these headphones is really, really good and I've heard things in music that I haven't heard before.

Comfortable, clear noise cancelling, crystal clear microphone headset
I have been using this headset for 3 weeks straight now, I wear them all day every day, the website says it's 24hour battery but I haven't had a chance to fully test it out that long. The Plantronics application tells me I get 22hour when it's fully charged. The micro phone is really clear, recipient on the other side of the call would not know I am walking front of a bus, near a construction site or on a train, the boomless microphone's noise cancellation and triangulation works. Other review says the headband lacks padding, it's not true, I have a fairly large head and do not feel the top of the band putting pressure in my head. The cups can put a bit of pressure on the skill around the ears on the first time but it passes after 2 days. The original case that comes with it is a fabric bag, to be honest, it only protects the headset from abrasion but will not protect it against impact. I purchased an OEM hardshell for it. Link to it is here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07MYSCYB8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The headset is able to connect to TWO devices, the USB dongle is considered as one and bluetooth is considered as others. If the USB dongle is connected and lit up, that means it's connected, if you like two phones connected, then remove the USB dongle from the PC. The 3.5mm cord that comes with it provides decent power, there is no compromise with the audio level with cord, the cord is only for listening, the microphone will not work with the 3.5mm cord. Overall, super happy with these headsets. It's on the large side, construction is sturdy, the ANC will filter out white noise, it doesn't filter out everything so you still can hear car beeping at you or people talking next to you.

Pretty good for the price
Very good for music and noise cancelling works very well for the headphones; but when the room is noisy the other side of the call has trouble hearing me. They're way better than the SkullCandy Crusher 2, but for from perfect in that area. So far only the headsets with the extended mic seem to nail this, but i don't like how they look. So given they don't have the extending mic they're impressive for calls; probably the best you can get around this $200 price. They also has lots of smart features like auto-mute that work quite well, so they offer a bit more than the usual headset.

Sent them back
Really disappointing, the mic is not great but the biggest issue is with Bluetooth. The Quality of the sound both ways was extremely poor, kept cutting out and overall unuseable. Given the price, I assumed that I was doing something wrong so contacted Plantronics support, via the headset and they had to call me back on my mobile because they couldn't hear what I was saying. Subsequently, I was told it was a Bluetooth interference issue, as I use a wireless mouse and keyboard so was given the choice turn everything off and just have the headset connected or return. I opted for the latter, I wouldn't go anywhere near these if I was you... really poor

Worth the price tag for excellent audio
Excellent audio, good build quality, comfortable on the ear for long periods. Rechargeable via USB. Lasts all day on a charge. You can plug in by cable too. I’ve used it for a VOIP call and the audio was excellent. I have yet to use it for VOIP calls in noisy places - looking forward to trying the noise cancellation. Handy to have the mic built into the headset and not sticking our on a stalk.

No microphone boom looks great but doesn't quite work
These are comfortable headphones with a decent range of features and sound quality. The active noise cancelling (for the audio) works but it's not quite as good as my Bose QC 35s. The big issue is that the headset was bought for office telephony use and, while they do some clever stuff with multiple microphones, it doesn’t quite get there. I think the first set we tried, since returned, had a manufacturing defect which meant the other party always heard garbled low volume speech at their end. The second set was much better but, on occasion, would mysteriously behave in exactly the same way as the first - you could hear your end of the conversation loud and clear but your partner would struggle to hear you. Eventually we worked out that if you turned your head at a particular angle to a sound source (AC unit in our case) then the mics/electronics would get confused and mute your voice down for the other party to very low levels but offer no clue at our end. Rather than send them back we handed them to someone else in a quieter area of the office. Noise cancelling is kind of wasted there but he is enjoying them. We have since found some cheaper over ear headphones with a boom mic that ticks all of our boxes. We can hear the caller (over the office noise) and they can hear us.

Good but...
Good for work calls (phone and Zoom), music , and watching films on planes. However, the noise-cancelling feature is limited as compared with Bose noise-cancelling headphones, for example.
