Great game expansion in the Everdell series!

Any good review starts with the shipping and I have to day this product shipped and it shipped in a nice crisp brown kraft box. It did not have any holes punched in the top, which was a good sign that it was what I ordered and not some live animal in a box that was mistakenly delivered to my door. Always check, because you don't want to inadvertently open a box with a live animal because 1) the animal doesn't belong to you 2) it would probably be very cranky even after 1-day Prime shipping, and 3) it can be very hard to get it back in the box. But I digress. The game was clearly shrinkwrapped by a master shrinkwrapper. I mean, whoever this guy was, he was an artisan. Nicely done, shrinkwrapper man! And the game? Well, it was a great game...nay, not a 'game' but an experience like no other! Where else can you send hedgehogs to fetch wandering first-class traveling bipedal woodland creatures to enjoy your Everdell societal delights and earn valuable game-winning points that are worthy of any LinkedIn post? No where, I say! The craftsmanship of the game was superb, par excellance,

I really like the way this expands the game and allows you to see more cards more often and adds some cool ways to gain points!

These games are a family favorite. Beautifully made

After reading and watching many reviews, we decided to get this as our first expansion. This is an excellent addition! The new cards and train station add really interesting dynamics to the game. I would recommend this to anyone looking to expand from the base game.

This game honestly takes a lot of time to learn all the cards and there’s nuance in when the cards can be activated so we often have to ask chatgpt for explanation. But besides that we have alot of fun and it’s a LONG game! The expansion does add more options to the game but was abit hard to use as it was hard to qualify to even get the card. And i’d say we used this expansion the least out of all the other expansions we have. Still, overall a great game.

Great addition to the series!

Everdell is one of my favorite games. This expansion adds so much to the game without it feeling overwhelming or bogged down. The expansion is a great complement to what is already a fantastic game and gives you a bit more flexibility in game play. The additional critter and building cards are great. The addition of visitors as another point-scoring mechanism is also appreciated.

A very satisfying expansion to have. Provides alot more content and ways to play the game. Also fixes some of the limitations the base game has on its own.
