So so good.
Excellent quality, tastes and looks as it should. Velvety smooth and easy to spoon out. The quantity is small, but that is to be expected considering where it’s coming from. It was shipped well protected with an ice pack in a small styrofoam container that was then shipped in a cardboard box. There was no leakage during transport and it was safely sealed too. I mix this with a little honey and coconut oil and use on my toast in the morning. I love knowing I’m getting good nutrients into my body to start my day.

Stakich Fresh Royal Jelly
The product is truly amazing - five stars, all around. I was previously given to me as a gift from my mom; she said it would help with my skin and, believe it or not, for once mom was right! I'm 30 years old, but have skin (read: acne) like a teenager. I was very skeptical at first, but to my surprise - my skin actually significantly cleared up, smoothed out and overall became more radiant after a few weeks of having a spoonful of royal jelly once a day. I realize I sound like an infomercial, but this stuff really works WONDERS! The three star review has to do with shipping. The product description on Amazon (as well as the shipping information on the brand's website) specifically says that no matter when you order, it'll ship out on Monday so as to ensure the product doesn't sit at the post office over the weekend. Unfortunately, it looks like this shipped out on August 28 (the day I ordered it), but despite the '2 day priority mail' stamp, didn't arrive until today - September 8. Needless to say, the insulation totally gave out and the product was h-o-t to the touch when I finally received it (not sure how long it's been baking in the Texas heat, but certainly more than a couple of days). EDIT: Given the long transit time and all the hooplah about needing to keep it in the fridge, I was concerned the product had gone bad by the time it got to me. I emailed Stakich to request a replacement or a refund, and they responded immediately (within one day), and said "no problem". They also mentioned that, for what it's worth, the royal jelly is often harvested in 100 degree+ heat, and they are quite confident with their package procedures and that despite the long shipping time, the product was still good (as they ship all over the world). In any case, they were more than willing to refund or replace (within 2 business days) without question. Talk about amazing customer service! Apparently royal jelly will have a very unpleasant smell once it's begun to spoil. Mine did not, so I decided to keep the package and not bother the company with either a refund or a replacement. So if yours takes a little while to come, no worries! I've revised my original 3 star rating (for the shipping time) to a 5 star rating, given the prompt, kind and helpful customer service (and quality product).

not bad
I received the product, along with two ice packs. The insulation is quite good, depending on the weather (choose cool weather). There's also a reminder card from the vendor: fresh royal jelly is best used up in the refrigerator within eight weeks. So, for an estimated eight-week supply, divide one kilogram into several small glass bottles, keep one in the refrigerator, and store the rest in the freezer (the vendor says it can stay fresh for three years, but you won't need that long after you finish eating it). First, push the royal jelly in one direction, then cut a small hole in the bag, like pasting a cake. This will make it easier. Finally, use a rolling pin or a round bottle to help push the royal jelly toward the cut. If you want it cleaner, you can cut the bag's opening wider, pour water into the bag, rinse it thoroughly, and then pour it into a cup to drink. As for the quality, I don’t know yet. I tried some and the taste seemed a little different from other stores. I will update later if there are any problems. It seems pretty good so far.

This is fourth time I bought this royal jelly. I feel I can sleep well after I take this royal jelly. Also The packing is very safety with Ice, I am in california, when I get the package, the royal jelly jar touched still looks like Frozen feeling. The price is little bit high, but it's worthy .

Very good product. I like the taste now
Very good product. I like the taste now, but at first you will find it pretty bitter and gross if you simply try to swallow it quickly the first time. You should put a 1/4 tsp amount in your mouth and then move it under your tongue for a minute, and then swallow it. That way you will absorb many nutrients through the blood vessels under your tongue (allowing them to bypass the liver), and it will taste much better once you finally swallow it. It arrived in an insulated package with a cold pack that was still quite cool to the touch. Keep in mind that scientific studies show that royal Jelly can actually remain at 100 degrees F for three weeks before it will no longer cause regular bees to turn into queens. So even if the package arrives at room temperature, it will be fine as long as you refrigerate it right away. The cold pack is just to reduce the amount of degradation that might occur during shipping. Ideally, you still want to keep it as cool as possible during shipping, and then put it in the refrigerator right away. Researcher Masaki Kamakura stored royal jelly at just over 100 degrees Fahrenheit for either one week, two weeks, three weeks, or for 30 days, and then fed it to bees. The bees raised on royal jelly that had been heated for 30 days developed into regular worker bees, suggesting that whatever ingredient of royal jelly turns bees into queens broke down just before those 30 days were up. Knowing how long different compounds in royal jelly lasted, this allowed researchers to identify the protein royalactin as the key ingredient.

i found the product ok but royal jelly should be delivered in very very icy pack. The pack of ice is not sufficient especially in summers. Also there should be the efficacy and efficiency of the product recorded in the list which should be enclosed with the product.. There should also be pecentage of concentration of royal jelly recorded which is not found on website also.
