Great product, really pleased with it. Gel packs freeze quickly and are soft and malleable so comfortablely mould to shape of knee. The 2 packs are handy to have on rotation. Probably best used at rest as although it fits well it wouldn't stay in place whilst moving about too much.

Have used this cold wrap a couple of times with my finger it does help, it is easy to use.

Nice size pack, easy to apply , only negative is the Velcro itches your knee so had to wear a compression bandage underneath. Does reduce swelling.

Helped me through injury

Used pack on recent knee replacement. Found it very difficult to attach to knee and had to wait quite a while for cool pack to warm up to fit round knee. Would not buy another one of this design.

Got this for my wife's knee, as she has pulled a ligament. It comes with two freezer packs which is great. The stap works well, but it doesn't work so we'll when walking. Would definitely buy again

Il prodotto è molto valido, di facile utilizzo e di alta qualità. La fascia è abbastanza ampia da poterla utilizzare per diverse zone del corpo. Personalmente l'ho utilizzata per le ginocchia e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Comodo avere due sacche per poter avere un ricambio pronto, utilizzandolo per entrambe le ginocchia va da sè che è una comodità. Ho utilizzato il gel solo per raffreddare, non ho provato ad utilizzarlo dopo averlo riscaldato. L'unico "difetto", se ne devo trovare uno, è la tasca in cui si inserisce la sacca di gel, infatti è traforata e se si utilizza il prodotto ad una certa temperatura (utilizzo il freezer ad una temperatura particolarmente bassa), essendo praticamente a contatto con la pelle senza uno strato isolante, si può danneggiare la pelle per l'eccessivo freddo. Ho ovviato con una busta di plastica come strato intermedio. Per il resto, consigliatissimo.

Not a big review writer, but this little wrap has been a game-changer for me and the company deserves kudos. After knee arthroscopic surgery three months ago, I've been wrapping ice packs around my knee with towels. Not one to sit still very long, icing was a hassle and I tended to skip it which was not a good recovery plan. Finally found this wrap and decided to try it. It's changed the recovery process substantially. Everyone's body is different, but I have no problem wrapping it around my knee and walking with it in place. Having two ice bags is great too as there is always one at the ready. The ice bags take time to freeze but once they get an icy blue solid color (not clear blue), they stay cold for quite some time. The mesh ice bag holder could be a smidge larger to accommodate the ice bag but I simply pressed the gel (at room temp) towards the center on one side and folded the edge to make an easier fit into the mesh pouch. The only issue was the end of the wrap edging wasn't sewn securely but my sewing machine took care of that. I would order another wrap without hesitation if/when this one wears out.
