Good stuff, but drying time affected by moisture.
This is good product. I use this on my UPVC windo edges where the walls meet the windows. It looks nice and makes the old windows more effecient and look nicer. There is a smell, but this is always the case with silicone sealant. It can be messy, but easily wiped away if bits land on windowsils with a damp cloth. I find using a tool or gloved fingers haelps smooth the finish before leaving it to dry. On occasions wear I have used my finger, I found I needed to use hand cream on my hands to remove the excess using some ktichen roll from my skin. May need to do this a couple of times. Product easy to use, just wrap the end with cling film for several twist and secure with an elastic band. This means you can keep this paying down for a few more weeks or in my case 5 months. I use this in a small cartridge gun. WHen dry it is waterproof, but allow 3 days curing time before wetting it. Also ensure mold is treated and the area is dry. I used a bleach for removing mold where a window needed repair. The repairs were made and I did it in the summer, but put a dehumidifier on to dry everything out. Then I treated small mold area with stain stop and painted over this 24hours later with acrylic paint and then used the sealant on top. Left the sealant to cure for 3 days. Room I did before hasn't seen any mold come back after the window was repaired.

Pretty Sure This Is a Decorators Caulk, Not a Waterproof Sealant
This product has the smell and look of a decorators caulk, but is labelled as a waterproof kitchen and bathroom sealant. Okay, it's not silicon, but it should at least have the same properties. It doesn't. 1st, its not pure white, but has a yellowish tone. 2nd, it doesn't leave a smooth finish, or a rubbery feel similar to silicon. 3rd, unless you leave it a minimum of 5-10 days, this simply isn't waterproof, and will easily wash off. I did a test in the back garden, where I left a blob of it, on a fence post for roughly 5 days. It was still soft and gooey in the middle. 4th, even when it has eventually set, you can easily push your fingernail into it, which will leave a mark. I thought this product was a bargain, costing about half the price of silicon at the time. However, it is a waste of time and money. Either there has been a mishap at the factory, and they've inserted decorators caulk, instead of waterproof sealant into a tube, or it's just a terrible product, that shouldn't be sold. Thankfully, I only did a few small jobs, around the home, rather than full reseal of the bathroom. Please, do not buy this product, you will regret it.

Not worthfit
Not so good as it is not silicone because it drys up to a different texture. Must stick to silicone for bathroom. Takes ages to dry and once has dried it sort of collapsed inwards and becomes a curve appearance. Perhaps useful to fill gaps and left to dry for 3 days, then apply any silicon for bathroom to a smooth finish, as this method would help to save on silicone when doing a big project.

Bright white clean finish with a good seal
Good value for money and works well providing a good seal with good adhesion. Easy to use and comes with a cap to keep the sealant when not in use. Good bright white clean finish. Time will tell on the anti mould formulation, but as of now it does what is says on the tin.

I fond this too playable and not sticky enough. My opinion not really worth it. RTV or stickaflex is better

Partly our fault because we did not read the label correctly and thought this was a silicone sealant, but it was an acrylic sealant. It was easy to use and seemed to seal our sink very well. However, when we tried to wash the area after many days, we found out that we could wash away the sealant. We had to cover it with silicone to prevent this happening.

Ci mette 5 giorni per asciugarsi, e dopo tende a staccarsi dalle superfici lisce una volta secco. Pessima esperienza
