Winsor & Newton, Galeria Acrylic, Ultramarine, 500ml

I've tried a huge variety of brands to find the best price / performance ratio for acrylic paint and have settled on Galeria. It's lovely to use, consistent, covers well, and the colours are rich in pigment. It's also often on offer! Not the cheapest, but I do think at this price point it's the best.

This paint has a beautiful, rich ultramarine colour with great coverage. The consistency is smooth and easy to work with, both for layering and mixing. Once dry, the colour remains vibrant and doesn’t lose intensity. A dependable acrylic paint at a very good price point.

I do a lot of painting and this is my go to paint. It isn't the best quality or the thickest paint and this is reflected in the price. I like it. The colour range is great, it's easy to use, dries evenly and is economical enough to experiment with, without breaking the bank. Happy to recommend. I bought the Winser Newton Cooper acrylic paint and I loved it. Smooth, spreads beautifully and it dried beautifully I also bought a few more colors and not disappointed in them either.

A half litre of violet acrylic colour from the well-reputed label Winsor & Newton whos quality is at such level it will most likely satisfiy both happy amateurs and serious pros for the humble sum of 159 Swedish Crowns (120 when I bought it last week, prices at Amazon do fluctuate) or about £13 is a real find. Time for the BIG motifs.

I purchased the Winsor & Newton Series 1 500ml Bottle Galeria Acrylic Colour with Nozzle Cap in Powder Blue last week (I live in Australia) and it arrived yesterday in good time and great condition. What a gorgeous colour it is! I'll be following along an art course and this colour was listed as an art supply I needed to purchase. It took a while for me to find a paint in this Powder Blue colour and I didn't want to buy one this large, but when it arrived and I opened the lid, I was like "OOOOH, that colour is gorgeous!" So I look forward to following the tutorials along and getting to use it in my paintings!
