Such a brilliant idea to keep you safe when cycling on dark dull days. Product listing was clear and true to delivered product. I was impressed at the way the item was packaged and everything was clear and easy to follow. I saw this when looking for a present for a male relative who cycles regularly to work all year round. It gives me peace of mind to know that this makes him more visible on the road. Good quality product and excellent availability of more info and advice from supplier if you need help.

Not a good quality, fell apart after few weeks

Ok so I would have given this a good solid 5 stars but I've had to supply new batteries for the remote. The bag is great its light weight perfect for my personal bits and waterproofs. The direction lights are bright and quick to respond to the remote. Overall an awesome idea just needs tweeking

To begin with. This thing is tiny. You won't fit all your essentials in it. I use it cos I have an electric scooter. It carries my scooter charger (same size as a laptop charger) and my Nura headphones. That's it. Its full. Nothing more goes in there. It's cheaply made and doesnt justifies it's price tag. Again I carry just 2 things in it of a total weight of about 300g and one of the straps are already tearing off. The whole idea is excellent. The bags could be bigger and material more durable. Mine is about 8 weeks old and I'm pretty sure it won't last another 8 weeks. That's poor for something that cost that much.

This is an excellent item. Bought as a present for our son who loves it and has found it very useful. He couldn't get it to work at first and contacted the seller who was extremely helpful and responded immediately with the answer and resolved the issue. Highly recommended for safety and effectiveness. Great product. Great customer service. Very satisfied customer. Thank you!

The [pack is very flimsy and shapeless. It doesn't have a chest strap. I haven't used it yet, so I can't comment on the light functions.

The back pack is very small child size and was not working in my opinion not value for money

Great bag for cycling, would have liked an option for adding a laptop protector and a waist strap. Bought two so far as from a road safety view it’s very handy
