I wish I had purchased gummies instead of the pill. Although it does work, I have to cut the pill in half in order to swallow it. I take 4 prescriptions and 7 supplements on a daily basis so I typically don't have an issue with oral medications. But again, the product works and the price was good too.

I literally cannot live without this stuff!! I have severe acne and nothing helps me. I am 36 but the situation with the face of mine doesn't change!! Friend of mine referred me to take in the zinc and burdock during the month and then stop for a while. I did so and on the third day, ​I got my first result ! It was amazing!!! If you live in an area of heavy marijuana use, or spend a lot of time on the road, zinc gluconate is the best form of zinc to reduce brain fog and brain changes from secondhand marijuana smoke/vape. These caplets are a little tough to swallow, but effective. Take with juice or at least definitely avoid swallowing with carbonated beverages.
