Good replacement but OEM is more flexible
This worked well and sounded good enough for my old ears. It is slightly flexible but not like the original part. You can bend it but it doesn't really hold the position.

Perfect Replacement
Works perfectly with my headset and it has the same flexibility as the OEM, which for me was the biggest drawback of the OEM. Worth it at this price point.
