This comes with no instructions as to how to remove the old head. There is a small blurry picture showing placement of the new head. It comes with a tool, presumably to remove the old head, but with 6+ years of college, neither my husband nor I could figure it out. He finally removed the old head with a pocket knife, by I would not recommend doing that.

These fit my Oral B toothbrush perfectly. Now I don't need to buy an entire new toothbrush every three months.
