A really good item and it’s good quality

PACKAGE CONTENTS: Ultratape Clear Tape – Pack of 12. FIRST IMPRESSION: The product arrived securely and neatly packaged. USAGE: I regularly find the need to use sellotape, whether it is needed for my arts and crafts or for general home usage. When I realised I was running low on supply, I decided it would be best to ‘bulk buy’. My purchase consisted of a pack of 12, 24mm x 40m tape which was a perfect fit for my heavy duty tape dispenser. I normally buy branded clear tapes to ensure quality, however, I decided on this occasion to try something different. I like the fact that this pack of tapes is neither sticky nor tacky. This is rare considering its low price. In fact, there was very little difference between this Ultratape product and my usual expensive branded tapes! CONCLUSION: I have found the Ultratape Clear Tapes to be excellent value for money. I highly recommend them.

This is really good and strong tape. It has plenty on each roll and sticks to parcels well to do returns. There are more positives than negatives. However there are some personal to me negatives. You might feel these are possitives or an acceptable thing. 1. You need to cut it with scissors. I tried tearing it and biting it. I tried a dispenser too. The dispensor kept allowing the tape to break when pulling more out. Other tapes used in the deispensor don't break like that. Problem is, it doesn't break like that on comand or when you want it to be an easy 'brake of a peice'. 2. It seems to like itself a lot. It is so easy to have it spiral and tangle. When you only have one hand because the other hand has the scissors it someonehow attracts itself to itself. So it is sticky onto sticky and you just can't unstick it from itself. Quite frustrating at times. That is the only negatives for me. But even those are not huge deal breakers. I would buy again but will admit I preferr an easy tear toll

Good product

OK, so it's not 'Sellotape' branded and the 'Ultratape' name might come across as a bit OTT, but there's plenty to like about this roll of clear tape. Not least that it comes with another 11 rolls which works out at just 46p per roll (I paid £5.96 including Prime delivery) or roughly a penny per metre. Some reviewers have complained that this tape isn't strong, to which I can only assume that they meant to purchase duct tape and got terribly confused. Come on people, what exactly are you expecting a roll of sellotape to do? No, it won't suspend a Volvo from a tree nor replace the fanbelt in it for that matter. Not that I have tried either, but I'm guessing I am correct. What it will do, however, is stick pretty much everything you'd expect sellotape to stick together, erm, together. Ultratape passes my tooth test, giving a nice clean tear (with no twisting or stretching) when cut with your gnashers. Ultratape also passes my sticky test, in that it's not a gummy mess that sticks to itself but has enough adhesivity to stick to everything else within the reasonable bounds of sellotapery. Someone in the review list said 'you get what you pay for' and I cannot agree more: I paid for a dozen rolls of value for money alternative brand sellotape that does everything you would expect, and does it well.

As described

The adhesive tapes arrived ahead of the due date which was great as I had several birthday presents to wrap. Similar tapes in the shops are much more expensive and with loads of presents to wrap for Christmas (and more birthdays following in January) the bulk pack is ideal. Plus of course they will always be used for a variety of things and I'm not likely to run short for quite a while. It has good adhesive strength and is easy to use unlike some that are super/over-sticky and stick to everything other than where it's needed!
