Easy to set up, use and great quality.
I have always lived my QC15 Bose headphones but hate cables (especially the adapter for the IPhone X. I bought this with the expectation that it would not be good as the wired but hopefully the sound would be acceptable. I can honestly say I cannot tell the difference. It was easy to set up, no distortion at high levels and no lag. Battery life was about 10 hours but I am very impressed with performance.

Great little device. Well thought out.
Great upgrade for my aging but still fantastic Bose Quick Comfort 15 noise cancelling wired headphones. I had ordered the cheaper Yocowoco version but returned it due to excess background noise. This also has a nicer button interface. This has no noticeable noise and a longer battery life. Would be 5 stars but for the strange choice to charge the device using a unique USB to 3.5mm lead which requires the device to be unplugged from the headphones. But not much of a problem, unless you forget the lead, they are ten pounds to replace. Make sure it's plugged in properly or it sounds weird!

Work just as you would hope.
I have been very impressed with these, they works just as expected. I have used them for several hours at a time and not had the battery go flat so I cant say what the battery life is like but it has been more than I need. They ar light and easy to keep on the headphones. A couple of small issues would be that the microphone is not great for taking phone calls with, however that is not what I bought them for. Also the indicator LED should be easier, to see. It is very hard to tell if they are on or off just by the LED and it would help to make sure that you dont leave them on if the LED was more noticeable. Overall; very very satisfied with the fit and audio quality and ease of use and a great way to go wireless without spending big money on the bluetooth version of these excellent headphones.

Very disappointing
Pros: great little product, easy to pair, looks good Cons: 1) Pushing the adapter inside is hard and ejecting is even harder. I chose to ignore few comments hoping that I wouldn't have to face the same issue. 2) I just didn't like the audio quality which wasn't bad but please expect interference

Looks and works like a factory fit item.
Fits very securely and the sound quality appears no different to using the cable. Wasn't sure if wireless was just a gimmick but having used it I now realise how much of a pain the wires were. Battery life if not an issue (although I'm not a heavy user). There is a proprietary charging cable. It fits easily in the QC15 case but I can see myself misplacing it and it does require removing the device from the QC15s to charge. It would have been better to have a standard micro USB socket on the outside to charge the battery. I was thinking about removing a star for this but the bottom line is I'm very pleased and would buy it again.

Good but battery life awful
Sound is ok and being wireless very useful. However the battery life isnt good. At best, 3hrs before it starts beeping and certainly nothing like the 15hrs specified in the advertisment. Same really as its a great alternative to the original cable, but the cable works seamlessly and doesnt need chanrging!

Save £300 and buy these
I was thinking it was time to upgrade my Bose QC15 to the latest wireless model. So whilst passing through the airport I thought now's the time to do it but then Dixons wanted £299 for the QC35 wow! There must be another way the QC15 work and sound great surely I don't have to pay nearly £300 just to get rid of the wires. A quick search of amazon and I found these. Click and the next day they arrived. They fit perfectly, using the "jack in" plug and mold to the lines of the phones. If you weren't looking for it you really wouldn't notice it was not part of the design. Sound is as good as the wires so far, although like all Bluetooth it could be affected by interference. As other reviews have stated the volume actually goes up louder than without them. Noise cancelling is not affected by them you just have to ensure its switched on (on the headphone) for you to hear anything. I cannot comment on the battery life yet as I haven't had a chance to give them a long run. Finally they are not cheap but compared to spending £300 to "upgrade" your QC15s they are an absolute bargain.

Good Blue Tooth adaptor
This adaptor is clearly made to fit the Bose QC15 headphones well. Once charged and plugged in it looks like it was an original part of the headphones. The bluetooth connection is straight forward (traditional men (like me) please, for once, read the instructions - its so much easier if you do). The sound quality from my iPhone is excellent with good range, even moving to a different floor. The sound quality via my iMac is not so good?

UPDATE: June 24, 2023 Originally, I gave the AirMod a 4 ⭐ rating because of its design that 1) doesn't permit charging while using it and 2) requires use of a non-standard, proprietary cable for charging. However, I've since revised my rating to 5 ⭐. Now, 5 years after purchase, I'm still using this adapter with my Bose QC 15 headphones, which, amazingly, are still working well after 13 years! I've had to replace the ear pads on them about every 2 years, and all of the leather on the headband has nearly worn off, which means that the padding is gone, too. Yet they are still very comfortable. Before getting this AirMod adapter, I never used my QC 15 headphones. In fact, I lost the original cable that came with the headphones years ago. However, since owning the AirMod BT converter, I don't feel the need to use cables, even though I use my Bose headphones nearly every day. Even with all of that use over the past 5 years, I still get at least 6 to 8 hours of battery life per day per charge, and the AirMod has worked flawlessly with every phone and other Bluetooth device I've ever tried it with! The only reason I'm posting this update is because I came to Amazon because thought I'd lost my charging cable (I found it). I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a replacement, since the product is so old. Well, I was thrilled to know that, not only can I a purchase another AirMod for $45, which is what I paid for my current one back in 2018, but I could purchase a replacement charging cable for only $10! I'm just going to go ahead and purchase a second unit so that I will always have one charged and ready to go, since the unit can't be used while charging, and I'll also have a spare cable on hand! ORIGINAL REVIEW... Bose should just partner with these folks. I had an old Bose QuietComfort 15 headset that I was going to get rid of because I wanted the convenience of wireless. I saw this device on Amazon and decided to try it because of the large number of positive reviews. I didn't expect it to work so well! Now, I'm still using my Bose headphones at least 7 years after buying them, plus, I saved a fortune by not having to purchase the dedicated wireless pair. PROS - Fits so nicely onto the Bose headset that you'd think it was a factory mod; you can even leave it attached and the headphones will still fit nicely inside the original Bose headphone case - Good sound quality - Pairs very quickly using a dedicated pairing button - Able to control volume, fast forward to next song, and rewind to previous song CONS - Can only pair with a single device at a time. Personally, I like this feature because I don't have to worry about interruptions from another device, and since this connector pairs so quickly, switching devices is easy. - I wish it had an OFF/ON switch with dedicated positions. Instead, this connector has a single OFF/ON button that you have to hold for a few seconds. - For charging, uses a connector that is USB A to 1/16" female. I wish that it used USB A to micro-USB or USB C. When I travel, I have to always make sure to carry this extra connector with me. Fortunately, it fits nicely inside the original Bose headphones case. - The fast-forward/rewind buttons are shared with volume up/down, which is not ideal, but does save on cost. - When finished with a listening session, you have to remember to turn off both this connector and the Bose headphones themselves.

I just got this and am super happy I took a chance. It works really well so far, and with a replacement set of ear pads, I feel like I have a new set of headphones. I really didn't want to get rid of my old QC15s as they still work perfectly, and now with Bluetooth connectivity I don't need to. Really happy with the purchase.

This little gadget gave my q15 a new lease on life. Easily plugged in, charges fast and effectively connected to my iPad via Bluetooth. No interruptions, no cables and adds very little weight or size to the headphones. You won’t even know it is there. Great product, still working after a year.
