Q: Does it have LATCHING capability for detecting very intermittent connections?

Sorry, we are not sure whether intermittent connections are equivalent to pulse signals. If so, the cable tester cannot work well with that since it is designed for testing circuit roads, short circuits, or misconnection.

Q: Need video options like thunderbolt (all versions), displayport all versions, hdmi (all versions), dvi (yes, all versions), and vga. suggestions?

Poorly made. Worked well once!

Bought it and used once, just gone to use it again and it's dead. Changed battery just in case. Still dead. Decided to open it up and found a disconnected cable (pictured). Will try and resolder at home, but I shouldn't have to for the price I paid!
