Oh I use this product for parties at home for karaoke

I got a refurbished product. The Transmitter and the receiver both were looking very dirty and doesn't shine like a completely brand new product. It was very frustrating and hard to get the money back after sending so many messages back and forth and it turned out to be a big hurdle. So, be very careful because the more add on to fire thing is there is a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount if you trying to send it back after you dont like it.Just to advice, one should go to SHURE company website to order genuine and brand new items just to be on the very safe side because no one would like to bear the cost of a brand new product for a used one.There would be no reshipping label will be provided for resending it back and you have to pay that extra bucks out of your pocket. So, long story short -- you will end up all in loss with this product after buying it here.
