Q: Has anyone tried using this kit to sharpen a sword?

Never use such a crude method of sharpening on a sword unless the sword is already worthless. Swords are forged and should only be honed by a professional to keep their value. Also, not all swords are meant to have a sharp edge (such as ceremonial swords). If it's meant to have a sharp edge, seek out a professional who has the proper stones and technique to sharpen it properly.

It definitely does fit the RTX-B. I have it, as well as the following it fits;M12 Milwaukee rotary toolCraftsman Nextec 12v rotary toolMastercraft (also rebranded as Kawasaki)Dremel 4000RTX-6 (same chassis as the RTX-B 3 speed)

Q: Does this kit come with a 5/32 stone ???

Yes, the kit comes with the three shown sharpening tips: pink is 7/32" (#455), brown is 3/16" (#454) and gray is 5/32" (#453)

Q: will this work with craftman rotary tool

It should work with Craftsman models beginning with 472 or 572 as Dremel made these models for Sears. I have a Sears model 572.610950 and all the attachments fit perfectly.
