It really eased the craving for sugar. Only taking it as prescribed on the label. Easy to swallow. We have more and more people with obesity and other illnesses where this item could help, this kind of item should be less expensive to help all and not only a few.

I've taken a lower dose of chromium picolinate before-and this time as well. Both times it's the same, when I take the tablets I need to urinate a few times during the night. This ALWAYS happens when I've taken chromium picolinate, and always stops when I stop taking the tablets. It's annoying as my sleep is disturbed at night-it might be the strength and I may try taking less (by breaking the tablet-if I can). The above has nothing to do with high blood sugar levels, drinking loads of water or other issues. I've not changed my diet or any other habit before going to sleep for many, many years, so going to the toilet a few times a night has NOTHING to do with any changes to my lifestyle etc. I've taken chromium from Holland & Barrett before (no, not the chromium picolinate that they sell-but the bottle that says 'chromium' only) and that never made me go to the toilet a few times during the night. So three stars-hey if something makes me go to the toilet during the night it won't get full marks-simple!
