Took about an hour of careful assembly, works great
I like this keyboard and mouse articulated shelf. It is connected to my desk (IKEA particle board) and seems sturdy enough to last. The tension adjustment seemed odd, but it worked perfectly to keep my wireless mouse and keyboard right where I want them. I’m very pleased. At full extension it does have some wobble, but it’s not terrible and I did expect that (it’s a long lever arm, after all). It isn’t interfering with my ability to work, but I imagine if you are heavy-handed on the keyboard or mouse, it might bother you to have the arm length out as far as it can go in a straight line. Even a slight angle would help make it more stable for you, I expect.

Wobbly, tilty, and Small Mousing Space
I'd say the quality is about what you'd expect from the price. The main valve is in the articulating arm. The surface mounting has a lot of flex but that's pretty much what I'd expect. They could stand to have a wider and deeper platform for the mouse and keyboard. The full size keyboard and mouse fit, but it doesn't leave much mousing space. This isn't tailored for gamers. But if you are going to use it to be productive it gets a pass. The arm has an adjustable tension so in combination with the weight of the keyboard and mouse it stays firm at the levels that you will set it. There is also a set screw that could be way better that allows the platform to tilt. There could be a better mechanism for this, but again at this price point I'm just glad I'm not stuck with a fixed platform. Pretty easy to install. Though do read the instructions I wasted some time when I was putting the platform on the mounting plate. It's not terribly intuitive. Comfortable, nice to be able to use it as a sitting or standing interface. Definitely makes it a lot more functional especially for those who enjoy VR. And depending on how you have it placed you can tuck it away nicely. Makes me feel like I'm at tone of those computers they used in the Matrix movie lol. It's as sturdy as you'd expect for a monitor arm. My mouse has only fallen off once, but that was my fault, and the keyboard has not. It's remained on there quite nicely. Missing the fifth star for small surface area and because when you move the last attachment knuckle the platform tilts. Not enough to drop stuff but enough to get on one's nerves. Maybe I can modify it some time to get it to stay straight...

Buy another brand
The keyboard part is flimsy and doesn’t stay out well. There is no way to lock it in place and it’s unclear how to keep the keyboard tray attached to the swing arm.

Crazy amount of parts to assemble
First, there are way too many parts for such a simple device. Three different sizes of allen wrenches. Every adjustment requires an allen wrench. The pneumatic arm did not work. It would not stay in position no matter how much I tightened the tension. I get it, this is a "cheap" item at less than one hundred dollars when other solutions are in the two hundred dollar range. However, that does not mean it should be so cheaply made that it doesn't actually work. This product needs to be redesigned from the ground up. I will try to find some other solution.

Great product design, execution of that design doesn't quite meet expectations
For the most part, this product exactly meets the need I have for it in my music studio. It went together very easily except for the final adjustment which was the joint that keeps the keyboard tray from flopping down and dumping your keyboard on the floor. I don't know if it's a manufacturing defect, design defect, or what but tightening the bolt per the instructions does not prevent the tray from flopping down with even the slightest pressure. I examined this articulation point and found that the bolt was bottoming out before enough clamping pressure was applied to actually clamp the joint tightly and I couldn't find anything missing in the documentation that would indicate a defective shipment of the product, nor did it appear damaged. So I rummaged around my spare parts bin, found a washer that fit the gap and I'm in business. But I shouldn't have to fix a $100 keyboard arm, especially after having to go through I don't remember how many delayed shipping notices to get the thing... All in all I think it took over a month for this thing to get delivered... I'm not going to return it for want of a $0.05 washer and lord knows how long a wait but I do think this is a flaw in the design that should be resolved. I really resent having to tell manufacturers how to make their products work...

Happy
My opinion rebuild put into position try out before mounting to wall. After that it's awesome and perfect. I used 2x6 2 ft long mounted to the wall so I can place it multiple times to get it positioned correctly. Boards will be painted the same color as the wall it's perfect once in position.

Great purchase and love it. However I had issues trying to figure out why the keyboard tray part was not adjusting correctly. I called their CS and they were very helpful after I sent a video of my issue. The set screw I thought should tighten the angle on the head is NOT for that purpose and instead is to be used screwed OUTWARDLY to support the tray that way so it is more like a prop than what you would expect a set screw to be used for. After taht was figured out I have been enjoying the tray very much. It is perfect for use! .

The quality is good but the design is completely wrong, it should have manual lever to adjust the hight of the arm to be in a fix position but instead it has shock absorber where it pulls it up. how in the earth I am going to use the keyboard in the chair? so in the end I fix it adding some bolts to stop it moving where it's ok for what I want. You can look the picture I add with the bolts on the side of article arm. I hope this help others and they can fix the future design. Thank you
