how will this work with oily skin ?

It won’t work I have very oily textured skin, and this product did not help with it , it settled really quickly intact I’m sure this product is a fake! As the texture was very cheap and watery wasnt hardly any coverage either!

will this make my dry under eyes look cakey ?

No this product is very good. Not dry at all feels extremely nice and dewy.
