Wish this had come in a sublingual form but still effective.

Tastes chalky
This 500mcg version of B12 tastes chalky 🤢and seems to be less effective for the dizziness and limbs falling asleep issues that directed my Dr to have me start taking a B12 supplement, so I need to switch back to methylcobalamin, which works better for me.
