I like it. I work out 6 days a week I bought this as it was recommended to help prevent fatigue and reduce muscle soreness. I think it helped in conjunction with other amino acids.

weird texture and tastes different to other brands i have used,i cant prove it but i just less energised with this brand.

So far so good. Used several brands and this one is very good. the price is fair and it comes with a good packaging and spoon. I personlly use it as neurostilmulant and it I feel a bit overworked just to help in sleeping and recovery. Very good product, almost tastless and effective. Really recommend.
