I've had my hot brush for about three years and I use it three or four times every week, but the refills last a good long time and I only have to replace them about once a year. They've certainly increased in price since I first bought the hot brush, but the refills are still good value because you get two in a pack and they're so long-lasting. Very easy to use, you simply open the bottom of the brush, take out the old cartridge and slip in a new one. Well worth the money.
